What a fabulous place to stay in Rome, made so special because of the service, care and attention given by the team and owner to their guests. A room with a view with lovely facilities and great Italian design and art work. The team genuinely want to ensure your stay is a memorable one, nothing was too much trouble. Tours of sites were booked ahead of our stay with the team booking the best guides to enhance the experience. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and authentic. If you go to Rome this is the place to stay.

From making the most fabulous reservations, tours, classes, and transportation transfers, everything had a personal touch. We have visited Rome many times usually staying in larger luxury hotels. We received a very warm welcome from Caterina, Gian Marco and Giuseppe. We truly felt we were staying in our own home rather than a soulless hotel room. The hotel was well appointed and immaculate The staff truly went beyond expectations in every way. Perfectly located in yes a busy tourist area, but quiet and tranquil once inside. We will always consider the hotel for our future stays in Rome.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Rome! The location could not have been better, right in the heart of the city, just steps from the Spanish Steps and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff made our experience truly special. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The communication was seamless and their hospitality really made us feel at home. Our room was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and spotless. We especially appreciated the charming touches that gave the hotel such a unique character, making it feel authentically Roman yet modern at the same time. Overall, our stay was perfect with great service, fantastic location, and a memorable experience. Can’t beat the location, right in sight of the Spanish steps and walking distance to most of the major sites with easy access to metro! The staff were amazing, taking care of everything from fabulous restaurant recommendations to helping arrange tours and a day trip. The room itself was perfect and very comfortable. For a unique boutique experience the feels less like a hotel and more like a vacation home, but with all the perks of hotel service and a full concierge, highly recommend!

From the moment we booked they made us feel like family, immediately getting in contact with us and letting us know of their concierge services that they provide, should we have needed them. ||With how welcome they already made us feel, we knew that we could trust them to help make our first Rome trip one to remember. They helped set us up with the sweetest and most incredibly knowledgeable guides who took us on journeys to the past. ||Gianmarco and Emanuele were always around whenever we needed help or had any questions to ask. ||When we come back to Rome in the future, we will be sure to stay at PiazzaDiSpagna9 again and we have already recommended them to family and friends who dream of coming to Italy. We had such a lovely stay here! The staff were so kind and welcoming and we loved the location. They provided great recommendations and helped us with anything we needed on our first trip to Rome! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We only regret that we couldn’t stay longer. Would definitely recommend as a city break stay in Rome - we will be back!

This was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. And we are very picky about our hotels. It was great to have constant communication with everyone at the hotel, specifically Emanuele, Giammy and Franco the owner via text message in English as we do not speak Italian. When we were done with our cruise, they asked if we would like a private driver to pick us up from the port which we did and they provided us a private driver to take us to the airport when we were done with our stay. Each room was so clean we could eat off the floor and everything was very modern and luxury. You can tell they really take pride in what they do and providing everyone with a luxury experience. They made it a memorable trip for us and even booked us a Vespa ride in the last second which really gave us a true Italian experience and they also put in Google maps on my personal phone all the places we could walk to for tourist attractions, and places to eat that were good. I can’t thank them enough for providing my wife and I with unforgettable experience. Next time we are in Rome, we are coming back for sure.
