I had an exceptional stay at this charming boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. I especially loved the small details, from the high-quality linens to the curated décor that gives the place its unique character. The location couldn’t be better, overlooking the Spanish Steps. A spectacular week exploring Rome for the first time and it could not have been more memorable. Our accommodation was absolutely perfect. An elegant, quiet and refined boutique residence located at the Spanish Steps. From the moment I contacted Piazza di Spagna 9 with questions, the team responded promptly and enthusiastically. They shaped a wonderful itinerary for us based on our interests and schedule. They arranged for us to see key sights with very knowledgeable tour guides, and our meals (based on their recommendations) were fabulous. The team really delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish. As just one example, the day before our last day in Rome I asked if there was a cooking class they could recommend because it looked like it was going to be a rainy day and this could be a good way to enjoy the time. The result was an amazing afternoon at Studio Roma with private chef Alessandro. We learned a lot about Italian cuisine while cooking and enjoying the fruits of our labour. Highly recommended. Thanks to Franco, Emanuele, Giancarlo and the team for a five star experience in beautiful Roma. I look forward to a return visit to Piazza di Spagna!

October 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly unforgettable Roman experience — thanks to Piazza di Spagna 9! Our October 2025 trip to Rome was nothing short of magical, all thanks to the incredible hospitality and planning by our friends at Piazza di Spagna 9. From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully organized and curated with such care — it felt like having a local insider guide us through the very best of the Eternal City. They arranged an unforgettable cooking class with Chef Francesco through Fabiolous Cooking Day (we’re still dreaming about the fresh pasta and tiramisu!), and a fascinating walking highlights tour with Fabiana, who brought Rome’s history to life — from Largo di Torre Argentina, where Julius Caesar was killed, to the Pantheon, the Colosseum, the Forum, and the Trevi Fountain. Our Vatican tour with Saverio from Made in Rome Tours was equally inspiring — his knowledge and passion made every fresco and sculpture come alive. And to top it all off, we enjoyed a delicious food tour with Gabi from Divita Experience, tasting our way through hidden local gems and authentic Roman favorites. Every experience was seamless, personal, and filled with joy — all organized beautifully by the team at Piazza di Spagna 9. This boutique residence is everything you could hope for in Rome: stylish, quiet, and incredibly well-located.
