We had the most beautiful stay here, truly exceptional from start to finish. The location right by the Spanish Steps is unbeatable, and the hotel itself is stunning: clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed with incredible views. What really set this place apart was the service. The team went above and beyond to curate our entire stay, from booking tours to organising unforgettable dining experiences, including personalised chef recommendations. Everything felt seamless, considered, and genuinely tailored to us. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being looked after by people who genuinely care about creating an experience. Highly recommend — 10/10 and would absolutely stay again.

From the moment we landed, everything felt effortless, elevated, and so personal. We were greeted at the airport by a private chauffeur arranged by the hotel, which set the tone for a week of comfort, and such warm hospitality. ||||The hotel itself is stunning. Immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and so elegant without feeling stuffy. Our room felt like a calm little sanctuary in the heart of the city. We walked everywhere. Steps from the Spanish Steps, minutes to the Trevi Fountain, around the corner from great cafés, boutiques, gelato… it honestly felt like the center of everything.||||What made the trip though, was the team at Piazza di Spagna 9. They didn’t just help us plan our trip- they curated an entire experience. Every single day, they had something amazing set up for us:||• a private Colosseum + Forum tour that made the history come alive||• a delicious cooking class with Francesco that we’re still talking about||• a food tour that took us to spots we never would’ve found on our own||• a Vatican tour with the most passionate guide||• restaurant recommendations and reservations that were total gems||||It felt like we had premium, personalized support 24/7. We made the most of every minute in Rome because of how organized, thoughtful, and efficient the team was in planning everything.||||By the end of the week, we were completely in love with Rome! My girlfriend and I stayed at Piazza di Spagna 9 for a week, and it was honestly perfection from start to finish. The hotel is incredibly clean, luxurious, peaceful, and located right in the heart of Rome- everything was walkable, and we felt safe and comfortable everywhere we went. The team went so far above and beyond to make our trip special. They arranged a private airport pickup, handled every restaurant reservation, and planned out a lineup of the most incredible activities: a personal Colosseum tour, a cooking class with Francesco, a delicious food tour with Gabi, a beautiful highlights walking tour, a Vatican tour with the most knowledgeable guide… every single experience was curated with care. We’ve traveled a lot, and I don’t think we’ve ever had customer service this thoughtful and attentive. It felt like having a personal concierge team by our side all week. We made the absolute most of our time in Rome and genuinely fell in love with the city — and that’s entirely thanks to the crew at Piazza di Spagna 9. Very lovely accommodation! This property is stylish, well appointed and very artistically composed. The location in the Piazza di Spagna square was remarkable as were the views of it from the windows. The staff is very warm and welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of. Emanuele, The Director, made certain every need was met, offered great restaurant recommendations and was available whenever we needed anything. Such a wonderful experience!! A gem in Rome!!
