Piccadilly Square is one of those quietly bougie, all-vegetarian cafés that leans hard into desserts—and honestly, that’s where it shines the most. 🍰 We only tried one savoury item, but it was enough to make a statement. The Falafel Souvlaki (available in both white pita and brown multigrain) is an absolute must-order. Warm, hearty, and surprisingly satisfying for a café that’s clearly dessert-first—go for it without thinking twice. Dessert, though, is the real personality here. The pancake we ordered, “The Must Have,” lived up to its name—fluffy, indulgent, and taken a notch higher with extra maple syrup, whipped cream, and chocolate chips. It’s the kind of plate that makes you slow down and enjoy every bite. The coffees—cappuccino and double choco mocha—were decent but didn’t quite steal the spotlight, especially when surrounded by such strong dessert energy. Overall, Piccadilly Square is cozy, indulgent, and perfect for a relaxed outing. A lovely spot for a dessert date or a soft, aesthetic café visit with your partner—come for the sweets, stay for the vibe.

Visited Piccadilly Square at Sarat Bose Road and had a really pleasant experience. The staff was extremely humble, attentive, and active, which instantly sets a good tone. The menu has a wide variety of options, especially in Italian dishes, drinks, and desserts, so there’s something for everyone. We ordered cigar rolls, mixed sauce pasta, their signature dish Popeyes Pick, and a few cooler drinks. The cigar rolls were crisp and well-seasoned, the pasta was creamy and balanced, and the signature dish truly stood out in terms of presentation and taste. Everything felt fresh and well-prepared. The ambience is comfortable and perfect for relaxed outings with friends or family. Portion sizes are decent, and overall quality is consistent. A few items could be slightly more refined, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience. Definitely a good spot if you’re looking for tasty food, courteous service, and a place you’d like to revisit. If you want, I can also: Make it shorter & punchier (for quick posting) Add a more premium / fine-dining tone Adjust it to a food blogger / influencer style

To anyone who would ask me I would recommend this place again and again and again, I’ve been coming here since I was in high school literally for 20+ years even after that so yeah their vibe, service not even the taste has changed one bit and the best part it feels warm like hot cocoa and comfy like coming home. Must visit if you are in Calcutta. Ever.

There are quite a lot of dessert choices on the menu! We ordered the Mango Cheesecake, the Chocolate crepe and a Cremosa. Overall quite good and would definitely try their savoury dishes the next time. There are limited seating capacity but the place is cosy with good food.

Piccadilly Square is one of those places that instantly lifts your mood the moment you walk in. The café has a charming and cozy atmosphere with warm lighting and cheerful décor that feels both European and homely. It’s the kind of place where you can sit for hours, chatting or working over a good cup of coffee and dessert. The menu is quite impressive, offering a wide range of waffles, crepes, pancakes, sandwiches, and pastas. Their Belgian waffles are a must-try—crispy on the outside and soft inside, served with just the right amount of sweetness. The crepes are beautifully presented and taste delicious too. The coffee and milkshakes perfectly complement the food and are served fresh and frothy. The service is polite and attentive without being intrusive. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size. What really stands out about Piccadilly Square is the calm, happy vibe—it’s great for a casual outing, a date, or even some quiet solo time. Whether you love continental food or simply have a sweet tooth, this café promises a delightful experience every time. It truly brings a slice of European café culture to the heart of the city.

The food was good, Popeye's Pick( a savoury crepe filled with spinach and corn and supposedly enveloped in cream cheese but wait was it only cheese? Nah...it was white sauce with some cheese. But it's my favourite. Also had the salad bowl with thousand island dressing and Italian dressing was good, crunchy and filling. The cappuccino could have been better( it seemed quite diluted) The service definitely could do with improvement, the staff need to be attentive.

I tried their pepper prick sandwich, and it was too sweet as if they added loads of tomato ketchup. Hot chocolate was superb 👌

I had the best waffle in here. The taste is great here. I had mixed sauce arabiata pasta and it was just awesome. The taste and quality of food is awesome here. The price is a bit on the higher side but you won't mind paying extra when you are highly satisfied by the food you eat here. The ambience is also good and staff behaviour is decent. Overall a good place for dates and hangout with friends and family.
