Piccolo Grand Hotel

Amazing hotel and staff. We had the suite on the top floor of the main building and it was superb. 2 floors, 2 bathrooms a private terrace. The views were so beautiful. I would definitely stay again.

Had a junior suite in the annex , it had sea views and a balcony. It was perfect , excellent facilities and very comfortable. Fantastic staff too. Location was within a 3 mins walking distance from restaurants etc . It’s an excellent choice in Pizzo

The Piccolo Grand Hotel is in an excellent location for staying in Pizzo. We stayed in a sea view room and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. The staff were also very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. ||Breakfast served on the roof terrace overlooking the sea was excellent, it provided a good selection of hot and cold food items including lovely Italian pastries. The coffee was also really good and freshly made.||Thank you to all staff for providing us with a very pleasant stay.

The staff is very friendly and customer minded! They offer their support for parking your car on a Sunday when Pizzo is the place to be for the tourists in and out of Italy. The room we stayed was very clean, well designed, offered modern technology, and is very spacious. A joy to relax and see the scenery of Pizzo from the balcony.

Hotel in dire need of a manager (Kala could do a fine job)! Management very poor. For example, we were driven down to Piccolo BBB for lunch, and left there, though the restaurant was full for lunch; we were only told, on day we were leaving, about the lovely rooftop bar with loungers on roof of next building; etc etc. etc. etc.|A shame, as the hotel is in great location, beautifully designed and maintained, and has wonderful staff (who just need some direction.)

A lovely hotel in a great location with very warm and attentive staff. The breakfast deserves a special mention as it was consistently delicious. The rooms are a good size and very clean. Having the beach club a 15min walk away was an added bonus! Highly recommend staying here

This hotel is an absolute gem. The attention to detail in the interior and exterior design is exquisite. Everything has been done with intention and thoughtfulness. Nothing here is randomly picked. It’s sea design at its finest. I stayed in the sea front suite, which was a one of a kind experience. I never had a water view like this before, and over 2 levels of living space…. amazing! The staff is lovely, helpfully, and kind. I could go on and on. It was a true experience staying in Piccolo Grand Hotel 💕

Am I seriously the first review this beautiful hotel? First and foremost, when I return to Pizzo, I will definitely stay here again! The Jr. suite was fantastic, it was split level with with a patio that overlooked the ocean. The suite was also adjacent to the breakfast area which was served out on the neighboring patio. The suite also came with goodies in the refrigerator. My only warning is that there were very few people who spoke English here in Calabria so check-in was a little awkward but I seemed to manage just fine. Also parking was a little difficult, the buildings were very close together so there wasn't much room to drive. This location is ideal if you are visiting Tropea which is about a 30 minute drive and I highly recommend visiting the Church of Piedigrotta while you are in town, absolutely incredible and not far from this hotel!
