Piccolo Hotel

Definitely recommend this hotel if you wanna stay in Locarno! Very beautiful boutique hotel with cozy design. Great location: nearby to the train station. Breakfast was very tasty, especially self made jam! They also have alternative milk options. Room was very clean, new & cozy, feels as if you’re staying at you friends house, not hotel, which brings very good atmosphere:) They also have elevator which is very important if you’ve heavy luggage! Thanks to Nicola & Sibila for great hospitality & service! We’ll definitely come back.

First of all I would like to thank the couple working there for their help and especially for preparing the breakfast as a packed lunch for 2 days and the breakfast was made to my liking. The hotel staff are amazing the hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well with wide variety of food. The hotel is also few minutes walk from the train station in Locarno.

Amazing family hotel with hospitality couple Nicola and Sibilla. So tasty breakfast. Always clean room. 5 min from train station. Will come back again to this hotel

Absolutely enjoy our stay at Piccolo Hotel (Room of 4 / 2 nights). It's a lovely family-run hotel. The hotel is well-maintained and the decoration shows owners' attention to details and their love for travel. The owners made us feel welcomed and provided great information about the city and the neighbourhood. They also did their best to accommodate our requests. The room is clean and comfortable. Food is beyond expectation, both in term of variety and quality. The breakfast is a feast -- variety of fresh fruits, cold cuts, bread and pastry, tea and hot drinks, cereals and more. I cannot think of anything negative. The hotel deserves more stars. Will definitely come back.

A quiet small hotel sitting above the Lage Maggiore which is a 10 minute walk away. Very friendly service and good breakfast offering. Fridge in the room.|Beds was too soft for me. Rather old-fashioned look of the room and bathroom and very small TV.

Amazing service and experience at this little boutique hotel very close to downtown Locarno and the lake shore. The rooms are comfortable and some have a balcony or even a terrace. The breakfast is awesome with various local products and homemade marmalade and cold tea (ginger and lemon). The staff is the most amazing, friendly and always helping you the best they can whenever needed.
