Piccolo Hotel Puccini

We stayed here for 4 days near the beginning of September. Wonderful hotel, the rooms were great, and the staff fantastic and very helpful. And as for the location, well, I don't think it could be beat. You are right there close to everything, fantastic shops, tourist sites, and great restaurants, but it is also it is just down a side street so it is quiet at night. Would highly recommend and would easily stay here again if I was ever back in Lucca. The only possible issue for some travellers is that there is no elevator and all the rooms are on the second floor. Wasn't an issues for us, but obviously if you are travelling with someone with mobility issues it could be problematic.

Wonderful hotel! Great central location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Reasonably priced. The owner was amazing and went out of his way to assist us.

Lovely historic and quaint hotel in a very central location. Avoid the front first floor room No. 21 as the windows don't keep the sound out of the character-filled lane outside! Note - you can't drive to this and many other hotels in the pedestrian area of the old town in Lucca. Best gelati in Lucca opposite the front door of the hotel.

Cute little girl in the heart of Lucca. Pleasant rooms, good breakfast and good service. What more do you need?

Very nice hotel, the room was enough big and comfortable. Only problem was the noise from the outside road.

Nice Central hotel. Small but conforta le... Maybe a bit of air conditioning ...

The hotel is in the center of the city in a narrow street. Nice little rooms for the price.
