PICKaBOB GRILL & BBQ

Brisket tastes like roast beef. No smoke at all. Smoked Mac and cheese was not smoked and powdery. Gross. Speaking of powdery, that's what their jalapeno popper sausage was. Way overcooked. Disgusting. Never again. There's $45 I wish I had back!

Umm… LOOK… if you have never eaten at this food truck you better go find them!! I had smoky fried rice and beef kabobs. When I got home to eat, I was mad I didn’t order more. Wish I was in town to enjoy more!! Great food, excellent service!

This is genuinely the only place I trust for flavorful barbeque. Chicken that is juicy and tender, beef that melts in your mouth. I ordered the naan flatbread with chicken and a few other things for delivery after trying this place on a night out. The delivery was seamless and fast, and the buns and breads they use in sandwiches holds up. I even had to wait a little bit before eating the Mac and cheese, it was still so hot! PICKaBOB is the birrialandia of Fargo,ND. If you aren't stopping by on your trip, you aren't doing it right

Ordered a 1/2 lb of brisket and a half slab of ribs with the smoked Mac and cheese, candied yams, corn bread and potato salad. Everything was super tasty. The ribs were big, juicy, and had great flavour. The brisket was pretty fatty but it was tender and tasted good. All the sides were great - will definitely be back!!!

I ordered beef kabob and the meat was raw, chewy and I had to throw away most of it. It smelled like it was heated up using a propellant lighter. Total waste of money on kebob. Potato salad was good.

So let me tell yall bout this Bob Forst off I'm from Arkansas and I know good people and good food They warmed my soul baby door messed up my order and I called dd bk of course they couldn't seem to resolve it so I said let me do what what best I called good old pik a bon back baby was friendly very nice they even hand delivered my food cause I don't have a car gave me extra baby and that corn bread can't ask for better they ate a one of a kind and made me feel like I was back home I forever greatful Thank u Ms Sarah Baby and everything good

The best brisket I have ever had. It melts in the mouth with a delicious golden sauce. I don't usually like food trucks but ya'll need to show them some love. Amazing!

The best BBQ in Fargo, hands down. The owners were incredibly nice and the food is amazing. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which was probably the best I’ve ever had. I was also was given a sample of brisket, that made me wish I had ordered that too. Definitely going back to try that. You should too.
