Great resort. The facilities are very good. The service also great. Everything very clean amd tidy. Also I liked the entertaiment team. To improve: the restaurant food a bit too repetitive. The best restaurant is the marrocan one. Also the tennis court should be used more. Maybe hire a coach or someone for sparring. A resort to come back!!

Wonderful hotel! The landscapes with the pools and the lagoon are just amazing, we will be back very very soon. Very big rooms and the food is good quality and so tasty. Much love for the animation team which made out stay to be the best in Egypt, very kind and good people

We had a wonderful stay at Dana Beach Hotel in Hurghada and can truly recommend it. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the city center, yet it still offers a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing. The selection was very rich and varied, including fresh juices every day. We especially loved the Moroccan corner in the main restaurant, which was outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile – they would truly do anything for their guests. During the winter season, we really appreciated the heated swimming pool and whirlpool, which made our stay comfortable even in cooler weather. Our children enjoyed the option to rent family pedal bikes (for four people, as well as smaller ones with a canopy) and they were also excited about the boat ride from the main building to the beach, which was a lovely and fun experience. The entire resort was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We always enjoy returning to the Pickalbatros hotel chain, as it is truly difficult to find such a high and consistent standard elsewhere. A special thank you to the Front Office Manager for the professional and welcoming approach. We would be more than happy to return to Dana Beach again.

Overall, Dana Beach Resort left a very positive impression, with some important points to mention. The beach staff and trainers deserve the highest praise – they were extremely friendly, attentive, professional, and always created a great atmosphere. Their positive energy truly made our time at the beach enjoyable. The room was very good: clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air-conditioning system worked perfectly, which is extremely important in such a hot climate. Unfortunately, I experienced food poisoning during my stay. Even having insurance, I was informed that medical assistance required either contacting the agency or paying around 150 EUR upfront, which can be stressful in such a situation. That said, I would like to give special thanks to the hotel management and team for how they handled this issue. They reacted quickly, took full responsibility for the situation, covered all related expenses, and made a genuine effort to compensate for the inconvenience. I was offered complimentary massages and a seafood dinner, which clearly showed their commitment to guest satisfaction and helped restore trust. Thanks to this professional response, the situation was resolved in a very respectful way. However, I do believe that more attention and consistency are needed in food preparation and quality control to prevent such incidents in the future. In summary, Dana Beach has many strong points, especially its staff and facilities. With more care taken in food quality, this resort could easily offer an even better and safer experience for its guests.

Having a fantastic holiday! The hotel is super clean and the staff are really friendly. January weather is amazing, and we don’t want to go back to the cold. The animation team is the best – fun, energetic, and full of activities for both kids and adults. Evening shows are really enjoyable too. Highly recommend!

Came back here for the third time, the service is amazing here, it gets better and better each year I come back. The service on the beach is just perfect, special shout out to Karim, the waiter on the beach, always jolly and greeting me in the morning, bringing me my usual drink, his mood is always high, which I can tell also makes the guests happy! the animation team is also a nice highlight, all very friendly and chatty, especially Olivia, Elizabeth and Aya. All the attention to detail in the hotel is excellent, the food is amazing with loads of different restaurants depending on where you want to eat (such as Chinese, Italian, etc.), which I thought was perfect. They even had a pizza chef from Italy who had been making pizzas in Milan for 20 years, showing just how much the hotel invests in the little things (there were queues for the pizza because it was amazing!). Lifeguards put your towels down for you and move your bed to your desired location. Reception staff are always attentive and ready to help; everything is always just perfect. Thank you again, Dana beach for an amazing stay Mohammed, the manager, for making sure we were always happy! best manager of a hotel I have ever met! Always constantly checking in on us, making sure we were enjoying our time, which many managers don't usually do. Showing just how well this place treats its guests. :)

To be honest, we didn't expect much from the hotel or the vacation itself: we just wanted to get away from snowy Moscow and get some warmth. We also thought Hurghada wouldn't be warm enough for swimming or walking in shorts. But in reality, everything was wonderful: we swam in the sea, although it wasn't the warmest. The wind didn't bother us much. As for the hotel itself: the hotel grounds, the beach, and the sea itself (in terms of depth) are all excellent. No complaints: it's pleasant to lie on the beach, and it's pleasant to walk around the grounds (or even ride a bike). The kitchen is also fine. The only two drawbacks (not critical, but nonetheless): 1. The rooms and amenities seem to need some renovation (lots of cracks and the furniture isn't the freshest). 2. The variety of soft drinks is lacking (and there's a surprisingly limited supply of natural lemonades). We'd love to visit the hotel again!
