The Best Hotel in Egypt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel was absolutely amazing! We have been to Egypt many times, but this was the most beautiful stay we’ve ever had. The food was excellent – a wide selection, always plenty of everything, and delicious flavors. The staff was very kind, helpful, and always eager to meet our needs. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were modern, and everything worked perfectly. The entire environment was luxurious and well-maintained, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. A huge thank you to Mr. Daniel, the reception manager, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He truly made our stay even better! He is the right person for the job and does it exceptionally well. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

We had a great stay in this resort with our family and everyone enjoyed their time. There were several activities organised during the day. The staff was amazing, the variety of food was perfect that even the picky eaters could always find something to eat. The room was nice and we had internet everywhere in the resort. It was perfect for families with small children. Great value for the money spent.

We were a group of 7 friends who stayed at Pickalbatros Dana Beach Resort in Hurghada for 7 nights. During our stay, 6 out of 7 people in our group became ill, with one person getting sick each day. The issue appeared to be related to the food. We avoided salads and raw food as a precaution, but the overall quality of the food was poor. Additionally, our travel agency guy advised against visiting a doctor due to high costs, recommending instead that guests contact their insurance. The hotel is advertised as a 5-star property on Booking.com with a rating of 9.5. However, the facilities and services did not meet those standards. The alcohol provided was of low quality, and we found it undrinkable. This affected our New Year’s Eve plans, which ended up being celebrated without the amenities expected at a 5-star resort. We celebrated with water because there was nothing else worth drinking. Based on our experience, the overall quality of the stay did not align with the hotel's rating or advertised standards. Even if this hotel gives you a free stay or pays you to come, don’t go. It was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

We have been to Egypt many times, but this hotel is by far the most beautiful and provided us with the best experience. The food was excellent – a huge selection, always plenty of everything, and all fresh and delicious. Whether you enjoy Egyptian specialties, international cuisine, or fresh fruits and desserts, there is something for everyone. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone was always smiling and ready to fulfill any request. The service was of a high standard, which contributed to our complete satisfaction. The hotel was spotlessly clean – whether in the rooms, restaurants, pools, or on the beach, everything was perfectly maintained. The hotel environment is beautiful, well-kept, and luxurious, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. A huge thank you goes to Mr. Daniel, the reception manager, who made our stay even better. He was always very helpful, kind, and attentive. Truly a person in the right place who does his job excellently! Overall, this was our best stay in Egypt, and we will definitely come back. Our first stay at Pickalbatros Dana Resort at Hurghada and it was a great stay. Everything was excellent - the facilities (pool, water park, bikes, sunbeds etc), the food (various choice of food at multiple restaurants - we are vegetarians and we had no issues in finding veggie food for all the 3 meals), the service etc. Specific call-out to the bartender at the Mauve bar, and the person who makes Irish coffee at the lobby in the evening. The front desk was proactive in reaching out before our stay, and ensured our check in was seamless. Really nothing to crib about here. Quality of activities for young kid at the kids club and in the evenings was fair, and kept them happy/engaged Quality of some cocktails at the pool side bars or Piano bar could be better (were too sweet) - also some more cocktail options would be welcome. The ones at the Mauve bar was excellent

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, modernly equipped, and perfectly cleaned daily. The entire resort is spacious, well-kept, and has a luxurious feel. The dining experience is top-notch – five restaurants offer excellent and diverse food, including fresh seafood, grilled meats, and local specialties. High-quality food is available practically all day, so there’s no need to worry about going hungry. The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to help. They accept tips but never demand them – the service remains excellent even without them. Wi-Fi works reliably throughout the entire hotel. A unique highlight is the water canal filled with fish, where you can take a boat ride. A fantastic resort that I will definitely return to!

It's a fantastic resort with so much to do for children, there are water slides, indoor play pool, amazing Kids Club with very kind and welcoming staff, boat and catamaran on the river, family bicycles, sandy beach, evening entertainment - we were spoilt for choice. All stuff are working very hard to create a wonderful hospitality. The only thing I wasn't sure about is that deluxe room had a small sofa on the photos, but our room didn't have it. But it was nice enough so I didn't raise it with the hotel.

Firstly - we visited your hotel DANA BEACH RESORT from 24.6.to 1.7.2024. Now to your hotel. I had the hotel chosen by my children and wife to make them feel as comfortable as possible. Yes, Dana Beach was on my short list of favorites, but honestly one thing scared me - looking at the photo map and the huge - huge number of umbrellas by the beach. At that point I was horrified to see that a lot of people come to your place - so it's not likely to be a peaceful vacation. But the opposite was true. The large resort, lots of pools, many sunbeds and the expansive beach guaranteed plenty of personal space. No queues for food and no waiting. Nothing like that. THANK YOU for a peaceful vacation :) Swimming pools - we mostly spent time on the sandy beach and at the children's pool with a water castle. Our kids loved it :) most the water slide and the big bucket full of water. Thank you so much for the presence and helpfulness of the lifeguards throughout the resort, but especially at these children's pools. It made it feel safer when, for example, the lifeguard would not let another child on the slide until the first one was safely out of reach.Really thumbs up and thanks for such service. While relaxing on a sun lounger we were offered massages. I used them for my wife and she was very satisfied. Your GOLDEN SPA is at a very high level. We didn't take advantage of the excursions on offer this year, such as the motosafari (we have small children), but I believe that next time we might venture out on the quad bikes :) Yes, next time.... I don't like to go to the same places - but I was absolutely blown away by your hotel. The quality of service, the food, the activities, the animators program, the safety and the excellent staff. Thank you for a wonderful holiday - the whole family were very pleased and excited about your resort. If we can save the money we will come again. Yes, I feel I had a lovely and relaxing holiday with the best service. See you in 2025 :)
