One of the worst Indian meals I’ve ever had. The paratha was paper-thin, the naan was undercooked, and the overall quality was shockingly poor. I called the restaurant to raise my concerns, and instead of an apology or any attempt to make things right, I was met with rudeness. The person on the phone dismissed my feedback, saying, “That’s how we cook. We’ve been doing this for 25 years.”
If that’s true, I’d seriously question how they’ve stayed in business—at the very least, they should know how to properly cook naan. When I expressed my disappointment, he told me to “do whatever you want” and hung up on me.
Unacceptable food. Even worse customer service.
