for the last 6 years, every time we come to san jose, we go at least 2 times to picnic. everything from the food, drinks, baked goods, atmosphere, service, everything is 11/10, 6/5 stars. food wise, i highly recommend the tomato soup with one of the sandwiches, the chicken caesar salad and the caprese omelette. as for drinks and baked goods, their smoothies never disappoint, coffee is delicious however the star of the show is the iced lemon honey tea, i can never leave without getting one (maybe two… who am i kidding, sometimes three) as for baked items, everything is delicious but the classic chocolate chip cookie will not do you wrong. genuinely the best cookie i’ve ever had in my life and it never disappoints. highly highly recommend this spot. you cannot leave without trying it!

The best place in Costa Rica! Delicious food, lattes are well done, service is great and the employees seem to have fun time together (which is always a good sign), great for creative work or just coffee with a friend. Love this place and use it on a weekly basis!

Lovely place, hidden away from the street. Lattes were delicious ! The pesto sandwich, soup & quinoa salad were perfection. Loved the carrot cake as well. A must try, i found it was very well priced !

This was a gem of a recommendation from the Airbnb (Earth amd Sky) host. A buzzing vibrant busy place proving ots popularity with locals and visitors alike. The food was hearty, fresh and delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Having had a half sandwich, half meatball soup and quiche Lorraine, all three were delicious, as was the ice cream. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful spot for coffee and a pastry. Also salads and sandwiches. Lovely upscale decor. Very nice staff.

Great food, fast service. And it was pretty busy so that was really good. I had chilaquiles and they were delicious. Good coffee too and pet friendly!

This place was so aesthetically pleasing! The patio is so nicely kept up, such a beautiful place to go have breakfast/brunch. The food and coffee were extremely good as well. Missed out on the pastries but they looked really good as well! Definitely recommend!

Love the vibe here and normally I am not a bread person but the bread and moist level was just right, not a typical local bread which is hard and dry The coffee and drinks are above average and meal portion is good and tasty It gets really crowded during lunch hour so come early to get the seats Love the experience
