For less than $30, we enjoyed 3-course meal that encapsulated a good size 9 inch pizza, starter such as caesar salad, sweet potato fries and chicken wings, then finishing off with the classic italian dessert - tiramisu. For those who are not fans of pizza, there are many pastas to choose from.
We love the pizzas! Chewy, stretchy, cheesy and on point. We were pleasantly surprised that the margherita pizza was drizzled with lavish amount of olive oil, which was a quintessential component that many local pizza places failed to do. The fusion salmon meitaiko pizza was topped with ikura (fish roes) and seaweed. It was not overwhelming and cloying at all. The last main we had was vongole linguine in kam heong sauce which had a tinge of smokiness but the taste profile was on the lighter side. We thought the flavours could be stronger.
We were impressed that the tiramisu was served to our table in a casserole. Taste wise was okay but it was a little runny, even can tell from the photos that it was too wet.
The service staff were very warm and friendly. The restaurant was not crowded during the whole time when we were there from 12pm to 1.30pm. Nevertheless, the food at this quiet restaurant was above our expectations.
