Jay and his WHOLE team are so very committed to Quality and Professionalism in everything they do! The customer service and responsiveness are outstanding. I started contacting Picture Perfect Pools over 3-days ago. I completed their online form, then waited for a reply. Catie emailed me saying she'd be my contact. Then I get an email questionaire about my project so I completed another form and included a detailed sketch and photos asking for a quote. Another day goes by so I called Catie at 8:10am and her phone won't go through. I followed up with a call to the office and left a message for Catie telling her I'd like to talk with her about my project. Within minutes, I get a text message from Catie stating its after business hours and to text her. An hour later I get another text telling me she reviewed my paperwork and she would provide a quote next week and she sent me another email. Now I have another email form to complete to schedule a showroom visit; this is form #3 and I can't get this woman on the phone. I completed the showroom form expecting to have a calendar option so I could have some say to this showroom appointment, but no, the form leaves you hanging and waiting again for Catie at Picture Perfect. At 11:31am, I text Catie and ask her if I can come to the showroom today. Over 1.5hrs later she tells me no, she'll send me some time frames and she sends me another project questionaire email asking for the same information I already sent. Three days, three forms, two phone calls, a bunch of text and I can't talk to someone on the phone nor walk-in to their showroom with 5.5 hrs notice. I wouldn't spend my money with this company. They are NOT customer focused. I should also mention that I was able to talk on the phone with about 5 other pools companies and also went to the local wholesale pool supply store. I had one company tell me that there were workmanship issues with Picture Perfect and the pool supply store didn't recommend them either. At least I didn't end-up like the guy who contracted with them then had them charge him an extra $20k for mucky soil. I recommend you not waste your time nor hard earned money with Picture Perfect Pools.

The pool bar is secure and safe. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up! The workmen did not disrupted the surrounding tiles. I love this company. However, I wish the price was less expensive, especially around tax season.

Working with Picture Perfect has been a pleasure! From Catie in the showroom, to Tim at the pool site, and everyone else inbetween, helping us create our backyard oasis. Jay’s team is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, available, pleasant and patient when we had questions or concerns along the way….we would highly recommend Picture Perfect if your contemplating putting in a pool of your own!

Re-plastering my in ground pool could not have gone better. Picture Perfect Pools did what they said they would do and completed the job within the time frame they said they would. The supervisor explained the complexities of the job, the workers were friendly and seemed competent and well trained. They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned the area when they finished. The supervisor responded to my inquiries and kept me up to date on how the job was progressing. IMHO, Picture Perfect Pools is the best of the best. I would use them again.
