I had a fantastic time experience with Darrin and Picture Perfect Pools! We were fortunate that the appropriate contractors for the various steps were available as needed, which greatly assisted us in completing the pool well ahead of schedule. The contractors were respectful of our property and kind. Darrin is very communicative and proactively shares next steps, clearly outlining expectations. Post completion, Darrin has been available for questions and concerns, coordinating follow-up, etc. From design to completion, I would absolutely recommend Picture Perfect Pools for your project!

Jay and his team did an excellent in remodeling and updating all of the equipment in our pool pump room! They do professional work and treat their customers with respect and kindness!

Picture Perfect Pools did a complete remodel of our lanai in ground spa. The work included complete tile work, water feature replace, spa replace, all new mechanicals, and a bird cage refresh. They were professional in their approach and kept us informed every step on the way. Communications throughout the extensive project was at the highest level. II would give them more than 5 stars if possible and highly recommend them.

The pool bar is secure and safe. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up! The workmen did not disrupted the surrounding tiles. I love this company. However, I wish the price was less expensive, especially around tax season.

What a joke!! They could care less about their customers. I guess they are just to busy to give a dam. Cant even get a simple quote more or less the job. I am glad now i didn't go with them as their work is probably just as shabby. I would not recommend them at all.

Work quality was less than desirable and when decking started cracking and coming up in the first few months they promised to make it right. A year later and dozens of calls i have yet to see them. Warranty is worthless. Stay far away from this company.

Exceptionally professional. Jay met me within an hour of me calling (my good luck he was in the area). He took his time explaining all of the options, the time frame, and expected cost. The work was done as promised. It may seem as standard expectations, but the pool business has been disappointing of late - we are glad we found a gem. I will most definitely use this company again.
