The most beautiful part of traveling is experiencing a country’s culture through its food.
Thanks to Nikos’s professionalism and the warmth of his team, we were immersed in a sea of flavors and emotions. Together with a group of women, we not only had the chance to watch and learn how traditional Greek culinary masterpieces are created, but we also visited an organic artichoke farm, picked them ourselves, and tasted them prepared in various ways.
We enjoyed observing the cooking process and were even invited to cook the way Greeks do – with heart, hands, and soul. It was a perfect and inspiring experience, one that gifted us not only with memories, but also with recipes to take back home.
