Amazing quality food and good prices. One of the absolute best in Nafplio in our experience. Highly recommend. It's a bit farther from the touristy old town, but delicious food makes up for a slight lack of scenery tenfold. You get the scenery in your plate. Seriously, just go there, you won't regret it.

The most beautiful part of traveling is experiencing a country’s culture through its food. Thanks to Nikos’s professionalism and the warmth of his team, we were immersed in a sea of flavors and emotions. Together with a group of women, we not only had the chance to watch and learn how traditional Greek culinary masterpieces are created, but we also visited an organic artichoke farm, picked them ourselves, and tasted them prepared in various ways. We enjoyed observing the cooking process and were even invited to cook the way Greeks do – with heart, hands, and soul. It was a perfect and inspiring experience, one that gifted us not only with memories, but also with recipes to take back home. Endless gratitude to Chef Nikos, his team, and of course to Vaso’s space and her heartfelt hospitality. We will return!

Best authentic Greek restaurant on the strip just outside the tourist area. We have eaten here two of the last three evenings because it is so good . We started with 2 “ Life and Nature’ signature cocktails which were exceptional. We ordered the fish soup which was absolutely delicious followed by a whole red snapper which was deboned in front of us, once it had been cooked and served with an amazing lemon sauce and crispy fried potatoes. We also had a bowl of fresh green vlita ( Greek spinach). The service was exceptional and prompt. The waiters were very understanding of our not so perfect Greek. A must to visit in Nafplion!

Great dinner! We came early and grabbed a table inside — it filled up fast with locals. Everything we ordered was tasty. We especially loved the pidalio salad, zucchini croquettes, and super fresh fish. The calamari was amazing too. Friendly and fast service. Definitely worth a visit!

Markedly delicious signature salad, a top-notch picanha, delicious loaded mushrooms and cheeseballs that pack a strong punch. All that accompanied by friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere ideal for both small and large groups of people. Absolutely give them a try if you're nearby. They're well worth their award!

Amazing place to eat! They have many awards and it shows on their dishes. We went there around 1.30 and it was already packed of people so i would recommend to avoid peak hours or reserve a table (not sure of they do). We ordered salty loukoumades which were filled with cheese and they were top! Then some xorta as a salad, stuffed calamari (the best dish on the menu!), potatoes and fried calamari. 10/10 for the service, taste, quantity, price (many awards and their prices are still good). YOU HAVE TO GO THERE! Did i mention you get a free sweet at the end? Which is kormos and delicious as well.

I was a bit underwhelmed to be honest. After reading the other reviews I had high expectations. The waiters English was as poor as my Greek but he clearly became irritable which was uncomfortable. It was a busy evening and I guess there was a bit of pressure to keep moving. A smile however goes a long way. It was difficult to get advice on the wines as the waiter was unsure. I went on my gut feeling and bought the expensive Chardonnay which was delicious. I ordered the tomato and zucchini and green capsicum main. It was delicious but I was disconcerted with the green colouring and wondered if the colour was artificial - judge for yourself 🤔. My friend ordered fish soup and there was none available at 7.30pm. The waiter pressured her to make another choice as he hovered over her suggesting different meals. My friend was disappointed she did not have time to fully consider her options. I believe it was too early in the evening to run out of the well reviewed fish soup. The other meals were presented well and were tasty. Not as spectacular as the risotto (thank goodness). The complimentary dessert was lovely. Would I return - no! I want to feel welcome when I dine out and not to be wondering if food colouring was involved in my meal. I did not feel I could ask.
