Solid pies here with good choice. Gravy is tasty, and the mash portion is generous. Also good selection of beers and ciders to have with your meal and friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Only quip is that I think it's quite pricey for what it is, even with the £15 meal deal which includes pie, gravy, side and a drink. If you want extras like peas to counter the pie and mash it adds up quick.

Their mushroom (shitake) pie was outstanding! Also loved the East London Brewing Company’s dark ale (comes in a 500ml bottle). Good size portions, reasonably priced. Welcoming and helpful staff. Fun atmosphere & funky décor. Have been here a few times & already looking forward to coming back again soon.

Google
Very tasty venison pie w horseradish mash & red wine gravy. I don’t generally like meat pies, but this crust was nice and short and not flaky, and I was hungry and wanting something British and comforting. Fit the bill but I wish it were larger - I’m still kind of hungry! - and that it came w veg, some token veg at least! Also wish you could upgrade your mash w/out going off lunch menu and paying a lot more. Delicious though.

One of the best things I've eaten in London so far! My steak and ale pie was great. They had a gluten free option for my wife which was also excellent. My kids both enjoyed their wee pies. Super friendly service. Great beer selection too. We'll definitely be going back again before we have to head back across the pond.

Google
Delicious pies and nice staff. It's such a lovely restaurant! We had chichen, ham and leek pie and steak and kidney pie for main, and blueberry for dessert. All of them were so good! If I lived in London I would definitely go there often :)

Visiting London on a layover and had about 2 hours to kill and wanted to try a good pie and mash so hit the Google and this place popped up. I arrived at a weird time (about 530 pm) so no one was there except the waitress who was incredibly friendly. I was a bit taken aback by the number of pies I could try but stilton cheese is one of my faves so I got the steak and stilton with a side of mash and gravy. The pie came out tender and flaky with a rich tasty filling. The mash was creamy and buttery and everything was made better by the cascade of delicious gravy. I also got a chicken, ham & leek pie to bring back to my hotel for later, which I've just eaten at room temp after sitting on train for 3 hours and I'm super happy and content. Also did I mention how adorable this place is? I recently saw The Waitress (Broadway show) and this could have been the set of the show. Great job here Can't wait to come back on my next trip!

Google
Very good pies, including vegetarian options and gravy! Really good coffee and comfy American-diner style seating. A little pricey, but nothing unusual for London prices.

Google
Absolutely fabulous staff, very welcoming and exuberantly yet patiently explained the menu to American mother-daughter duo previouy uninitiated in the ways of British pie. The only reason I presumed they worked there rather than owned it, was their young ages. They were THAT on point in the excellent manner in which they operated this business And the pies....we tried the vegetarian with potato onion garlic cheese, the chicken with stuffing (my fave) and the ham chicken and leek. All delicious. The red wine gravy is a must! Thw biggest surprise- mashed peas with mint...YUM. We will be going back.

Yelp
Five stars but not the food but for the ledgers that it was. This place unfortunate closed down due to the Covid epidemic. All the locals hanging out at the neighborhood bar lamented that it was gone too. I'm giving the place five stars out of respect for a long standing family owned restaurant.

Yelp
This pie spot is amazing! There are vegan and gluten free options available that taste fantastic! The vegetarian gravy was a must!

Yelp
I had a nice little bite for dinner here a couple of weeks ago. I was in town with my guy and wanted a meat pie and, most importantly, I didn't want to walk any further. Lo and behold, this little gem was right there! What luck! My better half and I were greeted by a friendly employee and promptly given our choice of seating. We chose a cosy both and perused the menu. Being from the States we don't eat meat pies that often, which really is a pity. Anyway, we didn't know what was the best option so we asked for his help in choosing. The friendly waiter guided us...or more accurately steered ME away from the Steak and Kidney Pie explaining its strong taste, to the safer option, a Steak and Guinness Pie. The Mr. ordered a Jamaican Chicken pie. We split an order of minted peas and just had boring still water to drink. Between us, I think I got the superior pie. It was meaty, tender, flaky and just delicious. His was indeed jerk chicken. (And honestly, why would I want to eat a dinner named after my last boyfriend? That put me right off.) Neither of us were too keen on the minted peas, but I suspect that is a regional favorite as I'd never even heard of it before. Regardless, this was an nice little dinner in a lovely place with good, (read: attentive) service. High marks!

Yelp
I am in London for vacation and really wanted some British pie to complete my experience here. I'm vegan, so that's a little difficult. But I found the perfect place for vegan pies! The crust was really good and crisp. My mixed bean and veg pie was served hot, straight out of the oven and there was a lot of flavor. There's a lot of crust so you might need gravy but I just had mine with some ketchup and it was delicious. I highly recommend the pies here. The scotch eggs also look good. Perfect place for vegetarians and vegans who want the full British experience.

Yelp
While waiting for our train at Kings Cross Station, my husband and I decided to grab dinner in the area and walked right into this gem. Both of us were excited for some traditional meat pies as it's something we don't eat very often in the States. I opted for the Steak and Guinness Pie, while my hubs went for the Minced Beef and Onion Pie. Both were amazing! The pie crust was perfectly flakey, and the side of gravey hit the spot. Topped off with an ale beer, it was the perfect combo! The server was super friendly, and the atmosphere is down right relaxed. They even accommodated us with space to hang our travel backpacks - super nice! This is definitely the best place to check out if your looking to experience some of the best meat pies.

Yelp
Our first night in London Bryan and I happened to come across Piebury Corner. We were in London for 14 days and back at Kings Cross at least 5 more times before leaving, but that very first day I needed to have some Piebury! It's a really cute restaurant, they had some yummy options for us to choose, I ordered the steak and Guinness with a side of gravy and minty peas, Bryan ordered the steak and Stilton. I've noticed in London that if you want opt for take away, the price is a couple pence less. While we waited our pies to be toasted, Bryan and I ordered some drinks, actual hard liquor drinks and man were they tasty. There was a lot of different options to choose from and I was just really excited to be there! The pies were so delicious and really filling perfect for a way to end the night after some cocktails. Service was great, employees were really polite, prices were on point and food was delicious. I would not try the peas again, not fond of the mintiness!

Yelp
Delicious meat pies here! I had the lamb pie of the day, the pie was good, and I couldn't finished the mashed potatoes. Bathroom was also clean, I appreciate clean bathrooms! 10/10 will come back.

Yelp
Arrived in London today, was looking for a quick meal nearby my hotel. I found this restaurant with good reviews so thought I'd check it out . Ordered the minced beef and chicken pie and some tatties. The food arrived in a timely manner, was hot and delicious. The server was friendly. I highly recommend this place to try the pies, totally worth it.

Yelp
Simple lovely pies. I mean I wasn't in crust heaven but they had nice options, nice sides, some snazzy G&Ts and pints on menu. Great for an easy bite near KingsX.

Greg G.

Yelp
Classic pork & herb handcrafted scotch egg, served with salad garnish, cole slaw, and a side of creamy mash. And on Thursdays, a free Camden pale ale. Can't beet that!

Dean S.

Yelp
Wanted to try something traditional on my last night in London. Found this spot that was close to the hotel and very happy that I did. Not a big fan of savory pies, but this place totally changed my mind. Had the venison in red wine sauce with the horseradish mash. It was so good I even considered licking the plate. Then to top it off, they also bake personal sized fruit pies for dessert. Had a blueberry pie with custard poured over the top. It was one of the best meals I have had. Their motto is Pies, Brews and Tunes which were jammin. Don't miss this place if you are in town!

Kevin M.

Yelp
We ate here twice during our recent trip to London and loved it! The meat pies are amazing: buttery, flaky crust with delicious filling inside. And the service was outstanding; the people were friendly and helpful. It is probably fortunate that we don't live anywhere near here, or we'd probably eat more meat pies than is healthy. My only regret is that I failed to try any of the sweet pies!

Abby D.

Yelp
These little pies are crave-worthy. Favorite one so far is the chicken, ham, & leek

Bhumika D.

Yelp
This restaurant is very convenient to King's Cross and St. Pancras stations. I enjoyed a delicious beef and onion pie with red wine gravy (chips were okay, next time will try the mash). My kids loved their apple blackberry pie with ice cream and the provided coloring pages/pencils came in handy while they waited. We received excellent service by the friendly waiters. Can't wait to try the scotch eggs next time we are nearby!

Yelp
First time in London for my business colleague and he wanted a meat pie. We decided to give this place a try. I ordered the dinner special that included a Steak & Stilton pie, mashed potatoes, red wine gravy and a drink. I chose a fruit drink but you can get beer or wine also. The pie was good, though I wasn't expecting anything mind-blowing. Flavors were good and the Stilton cheese added a nice flavor to the steak. The environment was laid back and overall it was a nice meal.

Omar Y.

Yelp
Literally to die for. Get the steaks and Guinness and stop scrolling! Just come and be amazed

Pete L.

Yelp
No idea why a pie place will need a reservation on a weekday night but I guess they take their pies seriously over there. We had take away and took it back to our hotel to enjoy in our tiny hotel. The pies were great. The scotch egg was also good and came with a small salad, not sure about the value for the egg but it was tasty. The staff was also very friendly.

Wm. K.

Yelp
Good classic meat pie! Nice quaint environment and the lady that helped was friendly. Recommended!

Laura L.

Yelp
Oh my god, eat here, please! We had mincemeat pies with horseradish mash potatoes and red wine gravy and I can't remember the last time I loved food this much. So so good.

Yelp
Visited from the U.S. a couple weeks ago. We ordered several pies, the sausage, it was all DELICIOUS!! It was exactly what I was craving in terms of meat pie! Highly recommend!

Yelp
It helps that I'm a sucker for pie and we were starving because all the kiddos wanted pictures at King's Cross Station and the wait was forever. Food was a little pricey, but...DANG!!!! The pie crust was flaky, the fillings spot on, and the gravy...oh, the gravy makes me a believer! I miss you so much, Piebury Corner!

Becky D.

Yelp
Very good food and a cute atmosphere. Had one chicken and mushroom, one steak and ale, and one pork and apple. All were very good. Service great!

Yelp
Does what it says on the tin; pies. And it does them well. Popped in early one evening, was squeezed in and loved the food. The menu is limited to pies with associated accompaniments but they taste great.

James M.

Yelp
Superb food--chicken leak pie not to be missed. Had it with toothsome roasties and minty peas. Sounds boring, but is subtle and succulent, especially with the red wine gravy. So many pubs have microwave dishes--all the same. This is real food. Staff and owners personable and engaging. Good selection of wines, beer, but especially recommend the local brew on tap.

Yelp
My husband, two teen kids and I came in for dinner. Service was just ok. I felt like we were separated by a common language! I got the Scottish Egg which was very good. The "salad" that came with it was a minuscule amount of unadorned, unseasoned rusty green leaf lettuce. The spicy slaw was pretty good but amounted to two spoonfuls. The pork and apple stuffing pie was ok at best. The flavor was bland and pork was tough. The steak and ale pie was passable at best. It tasted of mediocre gravy and beef wasn't tender. The chicken, leek pie was quite good, a creamy flavor although it was such a wet moisture the crust got soggy. I will not return.

Justin L.

Yelp
Awesome, I could not find anywhere else and expected to be settling for something... Little did I know the year I was in for. Relaxed and great taste

melissa g.

Yelp
Nicki is a fabulously warm, welcoming and accommodating hostess and proprietor. Her pie shop is delicious, especially the lamb and Scottish were great but the sweet Potato feta spinach I would stay away from! Pop by, you won't be disappointed!

John S.

Yelp
I just went with my family of 5. Food was delicious and service was great. Atmosphere is very upbeat with Smokey Robinson and Motown playing. Would definitely return.

Jim B.

Yelp
When one of the specialties is Scotch Eggs, you would expect to find Scotch Eggs from the menu available. After ordering and receiving drinks we were informed that they only had two types of Scotch Eggs available. We decided to go elsewhere as they didn't have what we wanted. The staff were still keen to charge £2.50 for a small cup of tea. If I were in the same positionI would not have charged for an untouched cup of tea. Customer service fell short.

Yelp
I was looking for a spot to eat near King's Cross Station that carried traditional London fare when I came across Piebury Corner. Service was friendly and prompt. The food and beverages were outstanding! Our group of four sampled 3 different pies: ox cheek n venison, chicken, ham and leek and the sweet potato and goat cheese pie, a sausage roll, the jalapeno scotch egg as well as the blood pudding scotch egg...they were all equally delicious! Don't miss this gem because they haven't gotten logged a lot of reviews...you will not be disappointed!
