Amazing experience. The worker was so helpful and helped me pick the perfect style/size/color. We went to other stores prior to this to look at shoes and they are not even close to the quality of the shoes at Piedaterre. Support this local business!

When we got to the shop we realised a thief had stolen one of our wallets. The people at Piedaterre were wonderful. They helped us call the bank, helped with translation and helped us block the lost cards. They also directed us to the closest police station. The shop staff were wonderful. We also purchased two sets of slippers. They helped us choose the slippers etc. No rush and we were happy with products. A 5/5 from us….. and a big thank you for helping us get through the shock of being pick pocketed.

I'd have to agree with a previous reviewer that it's disappointing that the store does not offer the VAT tax refund considering the shoes are not inexpensive. One interesting thing I noticed is that the customer service one received was variable. Certain customers were hovered or even fawned over and others were given cursory attention. Not rude but there was a clear difference. The lady who was running the store reminded me of Mrs Slocombe from "Are You Being Served". Fawning and gushing to those she thought mattered and dismissive if she pegged you for a commoner.

I love Piedaterre! The staff are so friendly and help you to find the perfect shoe. I then decided to buy more when I was back home. When they did not fit quite right, the staff were extremely helpful in helping me swap for a pair that did. I will happily buy more in the future! Grazie!
