It’s impressive that the hotel is literally in the jungle, and the surroundings are beautiful. However, the rooms might have last been renovated or painted during ancient Mayan times. The walls are moldy, the plaster is crumbling, the bathroom drains are clogged, and the bed linen is dirty. The entire hotel is extremely neglected and looks very disgusting. Some of the receptionists don’t speak English at all. (Some staff are nice and friendly, though, however it doesn't change the overal impression of the neglected hotel.)

Dirty mattress and full of humidity. Their photos don’t match reality they advertise a boutique hotel surrounded by nature, instead what we got was an outdated room with moldy mattresses and bad costumer service. Price- value not worth it

Be careful, this hotel has no responsibility, it is not recommended, if you leave something in your room you will no longer find it, so it happened with a dog that a person paid extra to leave it in the room and when he returned he could not find it, only his collar... A dog does not take off his collar on his own, let alone open the door with a key...

Amazing stay. Room with jungle view and private pool. Monkeys and agoutis rooming around. Was like a dream

Beautiful Jungle Condo! We booked this last minute driving from Frontera Corezal to Palenque. It was a great price...absolutely beautiful, sparkly clean, modern, AC was cold, WIFI was fast, check in was easy...and you felt that you were on a jungle adventure. The huts are spaced through out the lit paths thru the jungle and you have a hammock to relax in on your porch. The bed is a big comfortable king size and the shower is huge and beautiful! Long luxurious pool with a hot tub nearby. Do not miss this place to stay!!!

Very nice and cosy place, perfectly between the center of Palenque and the archeological site.||The hotel was a very quiet and peace retreat, is very small, you sleep in small houses. It is a beautiful hotel with a tropical feel because of the situation of the rooms in a tropical garden. The room is beautiful with decorative details, a comfortable bed and we were given everything we needed (incl mosquito repellents). The private outdoor bath tub was a bomb. So romantic and relaxing.||Courteous and professional staff. Good breakfast.||The pool area was very peaceful, the terrace area perfect for relaxing and reading, ||We loved how the hotel is literally in the middle of the jungle and you can hear the animals every hour of the day. ||Very nice atmosphere.

Excellent Hotel outside of the town Palenque and close to the ruinas. The rooms are very nice. The cherry on the cake was the outdoor bathtub. After a day in the ruinas this was extremely relaxing. The staff is very attentive. Good breakfast. So, go for it! We went there twice.

We were in 101 which was comfortable. Very basic room so I would not rate this hotel any higher. Certainly close the archeological site but not close to decent restaurants. Wifi only available in the lobby. Breakfast included which included fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, toast , cheese and slices of ham. Staff was very friendly. Spoke little to no English. Known as one of the better hotels in the area.
