I kept my boat there for the past two years. The hospitality service from the management is less than desirable. They are pretty much bullies to employees and mooring tenants but the location is pretty and convenient that I did the effort to ignore this red flag. Sadly things got worse the mooring where my boat was tied up broke complete free, mh boat drifted for and hour and half and they didn’t even noticed. Then they lied to me and said that the boat broke from the mooring. Thankfully NYPD rescue my vessel and have me a full report. In fact I have a picture of the complete mooring off the water that was hanging from my boat as it drifted.
Moreover they instructed their staff to not give real information of what happened and they don’t want to take responsibility.
