We got a takeaway for a family of 6. We love the huge portions, and generous amount of chips. Really cannot fault anything... It is also very nice that they also offer grilled options, on top of their selection of battered deep-fried goodies. Everything is delicious!

Love the fish and calamari here.
Quality soft tender pieces with crunchy tempura batter.
Hard pass on the prawn and crab cake as it’s made with mash potatoes as filler. Little piece of prawn.
Service wish it was better as water, follow up not done .

This was a good place to eat in Richmond. Got the fried fish and chips and the portion was massive! As an American I was shocked haha food 4/5 for just being bland and could’ve shared a plate with my wife. Crab caks was 10/10 and pudding was 10/10!!

This is by far the best place to have fish and chips in West London! Portions are great, the chips are amazing and great value for money. Will be coming here again.

I came here based on a recommendation. I normally do not like fish and chips because I spear fish for fresh fish and use a recipe by Alton Brown. Most fish and chips is just too oily.
The fish and chips was excellent. I had a starter and dessert based on what was recommendation while looking over the menu. The halibut fried fish was delicious, crispy, yet soft and fresh.
The salt and pepper squid and prawns was a nice start. The sticky pudding with toffee ice cream was warm, smooth and sweet.
Staff was cordial. I had a chance to chat with Chef Billy who has a wonderful story. It is always nice to feel special, receiving a nice warm greeting and hello. Sad to say but rare in these busy days.

Best fish and chips in Richmond for sure. Delightful menu with plenty of choice. The fish comes out crisp and dry - no dripping oil - and full of flavour.

Walked past on a busy Friday evening. Typical of a fish and chip shop to be at its peak during a Friday so we weren't too surprised. We placed an order of one piece of cod, regular chips and onion rings.
We waited over 30mins for our food to be ready. Shocking! The delivery drivers on scooters seemed to be top priority which is a real shame. I feel like they need to have a separate window for delivery drivers in order to maintain some sort of balance. It's a very small ordering area and it feels quite claustrophobic when waiting for your order.
The food was average. Chips were fine, fish was fresh however very oily. The onion rings were the real winner! Full of flavour, however also quite oily.
A real shame that this is the only fish and chip shop in Richmond.

Just try fish and chips at Pier 1 when you are in Richmond!
Fresh ingredients, huge cod/ haddock size and perfect frying of the fish make it a sure choice.
Plus, the service is very nice.
