I lived here for 3 years and it was a great place to live when I worked in the longwood area. It is a 15 minute walk to the hospitals, and it is a very new building. The gym is amazing, and the views are great. Would come back to live here!

Special thanks to the management team, Lisbeth, Allie & Adrienne, they made my move in process flawless and Adrienne even helped with recommending local museums, and bus routes around the city! I work all around mass on various multi family buildings and I can not convey how good the folks at Pierce are. From the moment you enter Giovanna at the concierge desk is amazing. Interacting with her, seeing how she handles tough situations, and dealing with tenants, she is absolutely top notch. Once in the building, Lisbeth (property management) John, and Gamma (maintenance) do more to keep the units in great shape and to make their customers happy than I see in many places. It seems like an amazing place to live with folks like that around.

I stayed here for 5 days while visitng Boston. It was a beautiful location, building, rooms, just gorgeous! Super welcoming staff and perfect location for touristy activities, plus 5 min walk to subway! 100% coming back and visiting more Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy locations 😊

Tom, the receptionist is a real one. One time, I had my couch delivered and Tom insisted in bringing the couch to my apartment all by himself. He is surprisingly strong. Always super kind and lively. Great job Tom!

I have lived in this building for almost a year now and absolutely love everything about it. The management as well as the front desk staff is incredibly friendly and attentive and has exceeded our expectations in the quality of service. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking to move to the Fenway neighborhood as it is in an incredible location and the amenities are outstanding as well.

The condo concierge (older individual) was creepy, and questioned my boyfriend and I on what we were doing when we very clearly had a key in our hands. The rest of the staff are very kind. Such a beautiful place, with a great gym, I especially love the arcade & common areas!
