I came here at least 8 times in my stay in Wroclaw. Best restaurant in town, with classic Polish food, different types of pierogi (with meat, vegetarian or sweet), soups, desserts. Everything is delicious and healthy! The location is also amazing, with views of the central marketplace and the old city hall . They have places to stay on the terrace or inside on multiple levels. The waiters are also amazing and helpful, with a good attitude, and everyone is speaking english very well. (pro tip: ask them always about the soup of the day) Recommend it 100% when you go to Wroclaw!! Surely I will come back!

We visited Wroclaw at the end of February and because it was off peak season, we didn't have to book and was able to walk in (also note it was at 9pm). This was recommended to us by our hotel and it didn't disappoint. Food was really good and portion size decent! I preferred the boiled/pan fried dumplings instead of the baked, as that one was very heavy and filling.

We had a great experience. Our waitress was Monika, she was very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to get a table immediately but you may consider to make a reservation for bigger groups because it's quite popular. We had very tasty and filling pierogi with meat and also a vegan option. They have good beer, too. There is also a dessert pierogi option, also suitable for vegans - if your stomach has room for another one.

Do yourself an absolute favor and try the baked pierogi, you'll be amazed (we ordered the mushroom - guda one and they were amazing). But certainly, since this is A MUST GO place when in Wroclaw, you'll find yourself what to order anyway - the staff is excellent as well and will help you greatly on that (a big shout to Pola who was instrumental in this 😊) - this is the real authentic place to try all kinds and style of pierogi amd experiment (fearlessly) with styles of cooking and ingredients. Fair warning: you may need to go there twice. Excellent atmosphere and decoration as well, very beautiful (imagine how good the food and the staff is, having to mention that beautiful decor last 😉).

A Memorable Dining Experience – Delicious Food & Exceptional Service We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and were absolutely blown away by both the food and the service. We ordered a meat and vegetarian plate for two, and not only was it beautifully presented, but the portion was also more than generous — we couldn’t even finish it, though we certainly tried! Every single pierogi was perfectly balanced in flavour — rich and satisfying without being overly salty or seasoned. The potato pancakes were just as impressive: crispy, flavorful, and a great match to the rest of the meal. We also ordered two side salads: a coleslaw with French mustard and a seasonal carrot salad (which we believe had a touch of mayonnaise). Both were fresh, nicely textured, and offered a clean contrast to the richness of the main dishes. The strawberry lemonade was another highlight — refreshing and beautifully served in a carafe with fresh strawberries and mint leaves. A lovely touch that elevated both the flavour and the presentation. Now, the service? Nothing short of exceptional. Despite the restaurant being quite full, we were informed politely that there might be a bit of a wait — which we truly appreciated, as it gave us the option to decide. We were seated at a cozy table for two and were quickly greeted with menus. Our waitress, Nina, was an absolute gem. She helped us choose the perfect combination of dishes with just the right questions, making sure everything was tailored to our taste. Her kindness and cheerfulness really made the experience special. She even checked in with us during the meal to ensure everything was to our liking — a small gesture that says a lot. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, she gave me with a balloon (yes, the kind meant for kids!) after my boyfriend mentioned how much I love them. Not only did she not laugh or judge — she genuinely embraced the moment and even asked if I wanted one or two. That kind of warmth and attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. The atmosphere of the restaurant matches the quality of everything else — cozy, welcoming, and full of life. It’s clear that this place is run with heart. We left full, happy, and already planning to come back. Highly recommended!

I was curious to give this place a try as my first visit here in Poland. The service was attentive and they are very friendly towards tourists. I ordered the mix baked pierogis and soup and it was so delicious! The restaurant is very clean and stylish with a comfortable setting. My waiter was very friendly and didn’t rush me. They have a variety of items on the menu you can choose from every authentic Polish cuisine. All kinds of pierogis you can get! I definitely recommend this restaurant for any wjo is visiting here in Wroclaw!

Google
Loved the food here! We were warned about the wait on arrival as the place was very busy, but I wouldn't say it was too long a wait. Great service, great location with a view.

Absolutely delicious pierogi. Very extensive polish menu with traditional and new flavour inspirations. Beautiful decor and multiple split level seating. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Food was absolutely delicious. Karina's Service was outstanding! We didn't know you're not able to give tips by card. It's only possible by cash (Euros or Złoty!). We love to go to this chain in various cities due to the traditional Polish ambience and taste in their restaurants. Good Job!

Yelp
Upon our arrival in Wroclaw, the first thing we did was head to a highly recommended restaurant that had over 10,000 reviews. We were famished after driving all the way from Prague and were craving some delicious Pierogi. The restaurant was known for being very welcoming to English-speaking customers, and true to its reputation, the host warmly welcomed us. Our server, Bartek, was professional and recommended some of his personal favorites. We started our meal with the Red Borscht soup which was absolutely delicious. I have a particular fondness for anything with beets, so I thoroughly enjoyed it. For our entree, I ordered the Pierogi for two. The dish comprised different types of Pierogi, and the pancakes came with four different sauces. My favorites were the spicy beef in paprika, cottage cheese, cheeses, and dried tomatoes. If you ever find yourself in Wroclaw, I would highly recommend stopping by this restaurant for some mouth-watering Pierogis.

Yelp
Learned that baked pierogies are more like bread than the boiled or pan fried pierogies I've eaten during my life. The vegetarian and meat options we ordered were unusual and mostly great though! The space (two story interior) is large and inviting. The staff are welcoming and very pleasant. I ordered salad which included a fried egg, crispy bacon and chicken proteins flavored with a light garlic vinaigrette. It was very good. Prices are reasonable.

Yelp
Met an old friend here for an early dinner! She made a reservation around 5PM. The place was huge and spacious, but I will say it was a very hot day and this restaurant didn't have AC, so it was boiling. Other than that, everything was great. I ordered a salad and my hubby got the baked pierogis. They were both delicious! I also ordered a non alcoholic beer. Overall a cool spot with a huge menu!

Ron S.

Yelp
If you're ever in Wrocław Poland, this is THE place to go!!! The staff are amazing! The vibe is open and welcoming. Right on the city square there's a lot of people watching and great architecture to appreciate. The pierogis are THE best I've ever had!! Just like my friends Polish grandmother used to make! A Must Stop!!!!

Yelp
This is the way I like my pierogies! Boiled and then let me add any topping! It is worth the wait to get this meal! Good service too!

Yelp
Lovely place for pierogi, large variety. Recommend to try!

Yelp
I love pierogi and yesterday had some pretty mediocre ones down near the Tatras Mountains on the Polish side, so was determined to have some decent ones. We drove to the city today and headed downtown. This place looked promising. But wait... It was crowded and we were first offered a table right near the door but the draft was not what we wanted, so we ended up downstairs. That was OK. We got our menus and I ordered a beer. Well, the beer, all foreign, was non-alcoholic. I was told that the restaurant didn't have an alcohol license. I was tempted to leave but what the hell, it was raining outside and I wanted pierogi more than a beer anyway. So I had some strange cold, sweet drink. Something local, perhaps. Then we ordered and were told that it could take up to a half hour to get the food. Ah well, it was crowded. And when the food came, the spinach ones were pretty good. The cheese ones, baked, were so-so. The cranberry sauce made them a bit better but really, it was like eating pizza - thick pizza bread and cheese. I should have asked for pepperoni too!

Yelp
This was my first meal in Poland and it did not disappoint! The oven baked Pierogis put the Pasties of Michigan's UP to shame! The server was very helpful in helping me pick a variety to enjoy. There are all sorts of flavors to choose from and I recommend ordering a few extra sauces to try! It took about 10 minutes before I was greeted after being seated, which is why this review got 4 and not 5 stars. Be sure to ask to have the tip added before they run your card if you do not have cash for a tip.

Yelp
I was on a mission to find the best pierogi when I was in Wroclaw. I didn't know there were so many ways they could be made, but these were definitely my favorite. The location is perfect too. In the heart of the square. The Ruskie was my favorite. Perfectly toasted on the outside and hot with melted cheese and potatoes on the inside.

Yelp
There was a short queue when we arrived for dinner. My boyfriend and I were seated at a cute table in the loft. We got mulled wine with orange, which was stronger than expected. I ordered three baked pierogies and five steamed ones. The portions are gigantic, especially the baked pierogies. I took advantage of the vegetarian options. Everything was delicious, and I was full for over 24 hours. Very satisfying.

Yelp
We wanted to check out some pierogi while we were in town, and we were happily surprised. I was a little skeptical at first that this place may just be a tourist trap based on the location and proximity to other tourist attractions. However, the pierogi were delicious. That being said, this was my first time experiencing pierogi, so I can't speak to the authenticity. I enjoyed sitting outside with views of the market square. The service was friendly. And our waitress spoke English. I would recommend to a friend visiting.

Yelp
We were here for work, so we asked our hotel where we should go for good pierogie. This place delivered! The beer was great, and the choices of pierogie even better. I got the "warm up" beer. It tastes much like glo wine that most of us are used to, as Americans. Then I had the baked smoked cheese pierogie and the meat and plum pierogie. It took a bit for it to cook, but it was well worth the wait. It's a touristy spot, but it's sooooo good!

Yelp
I'm originally from the Pittsburgh area so I can get around a Pierogi plate. Having Pierogis in Poland was a must do while while here. Pierogarnia was a great find. Food was great and price is good. I had the "diabolical" and the potato, onion and bacon. Wow! Best I ever had!

Yelp
Really nice restaurant right on city center square. Service was slow but friendly. Prices were reasonable for quality of food and area. Food was great and menu had good variety. Would definitely check this joint out if in area.
google avatar

Iva S.

Yelp
Service is very slow but they are friendly once they take your order. The food was good and the location was in the center, which is nice. We got a giant oven baked pierogi(AMAZING), potato dumplings (very bland), potato pancakes (nice to try but wouldn't order again), and traditional pierogis(very good). Overall food was a decent price and fun to try. It's a cute place.

Yelp
Speaks English with English menu. Excellent vegetable soup. Homemade bread. Yummy 3 salad larger and oils on tap. Good service across from town square. Recommend

Yelp
Come here expecting a wait, but don't let that turn you away. We came in search of pirogies/dumplings and we were given that and more. A nice variety of dumplings and different types of food to keep everyone happy. We had the potato pancakes, the spinach dumplings, the giant bacon dumpling, the mushroom soup, the garlic bread with cheese, and the Potato dumpling with gravy.... oh yes, and the homemade lemonade From all that my recommendation to you, hungry traveler, is to get the homemade lemonade, the garlic cheese bread, and the giant pirogie with bacon and garlic sauce on the side. This place is worth the wait

Yelp
Had a wonderful lunch here while visiting the city. Very good prices so do not think it is just for tourists. Locals were eating lunch here as well. Get the Meal for Two which is a selection of perogiees and other selections. Dipping sauces provided. Service was excellent. Stop here for a meal

Yelp
Was my first trip to Warcłow, and everyone recommended me to go to pierogi heaven :P, with the amount of choices they had including vegetarian it sure looked like heaven, so ended up ordering veg pierogi with spinach and along with that had potato pancakes with meat sauce, but sadly pierogi's were nothing special and the place didn't lived up to its name for me, but their potato pancakes were very yummy and it was a good combination with the meat sauce. The location is good + interiors were great and toilets even had children books :P Not too expensive so atleast worth giving it a try, may be meat ones will be much better, of kompot i think thats how it is said the fruit punch was also really good so do get that the big one.

Yelp
I great little pierogi restaurant offering some authentic Polish food right in the city centre. The restaurant decor is very traditionally Polish and has an inviting feel. The service was decent by North America standards....which is good for Polish standards (it's a work in progress!) The food itself was good too. We shared the chicken perogis that came with a creamy garlic sauce. We also ordered the cheese and potato perogis that came with fried onions (yum!) The portions were large (small: 5 perogis, large: 9 perogis) - we shared 2small portions which was more than enough! If you are looking for some traditional polish cuisine in Wroclaw then I'd certainly recommend checking this place out. I'm sure there are others that offer even better food, however, this restaurant is right in the town square which makes it incredibly easy to locate.
google avatar

Andrew Y.

Yelp
Solid choice for pierogis. The service was a bit slow, but the food was cheap especially given the generous portions. This restaurant is a bit touristy given that it's next to the market square, but it isn't a ripoff like many restaurants in touristy areas.
google avatar

Andreas G.

Yelp
outstanding polish kitchen in traditional yet compelling atmosphere. The beer is good too. Take the classic Pierogi... there is a simple reason why they are classic - they gorgeous.

Beata K.

Yelp
Excellent food. Baked pierogi are superb. Crowded, but warm and cozy.
google avatar

Magnus S.

Yelp
Good dumplings and nice service the only problem was that they didnt served beer with alcohol. The location is next to Rynek so just that makes it worth a visit...
google avatar

Justin R.

Yelp
Excellent pierogis and a HUGE variety of different flavor combinations and ways that they are prepared. Location is really really note and has an unduplicatable charm that I didn't see in any other restaurants in the area. Prices were affordable (especially in relation to some of the neighboring restaurants in the city center). Ate here twice over a few days time and loved it both times.
google avatar

Jonathan B.

Yelp
Excellent food and authentic pre-war atmosphere. Ask your server for recommendations. You won't be disappointed. I had a pint and traditional dumplings with bacon.
google avatar

Emilia K.

Yelp
Good place to eat many different types of pierogi. Good touristic location. Service is ok. There is no alcohol!
google avatar

Sander S.

Yelp
Big pierogi fan here, but I found the food at this place mediocre. Most disappointing though, was the service. There was one girl running around and trying hard, but the rest of the staff was just hanging around, making people having to wait ages to get a menu or order the bill. When a table close to us left, they put the money on the table, and we've been looking at it for at least half an hour before someone even bothered to pick it up.
google avatar

Alyssa T.

Yelp
Authentic polish pierogi place! Choice between oven baked or traditional. A bit expensive since in main square but delicious and friendly staff! A large vegetarian selection!

John A C.

Yelp
Good pierogi, Good soup. Generous portions at fair price in the middle of the Old city central action Access limits some to ground floor. Pretty friendly bilingual staff
google avatar

Annie R.

Yelp
We were in Wroclaw for 48 hours and ate here twice, each time trying a different item. Mmmmmm perogies.
google avatar

Oleg S.

Yelp
Probably, the place which worth of 4,5 stars, but Yelp cannot rate is such scale . We had a great time here, and spent a good hour or two off lunch, just because the atmosphere is so good and cozy. In order we placed a mushroom soup and ukrainian (or sort of it)borshch. These two were tremendeos! 400 ml of pure satisfaction. Plus, as free add-ons you are receiving 4 loafs of white bread, chopped picked cucumber and lard. For second dish we chose dumplings (traditional one, stuffed with potatoes and garlic with sour cream sauce and the second one with beaf, onions with cranberrys sauce) which were served in three pieces (pretty big one to rest your hunger) and super delicious. Really, these dumplings are worthy of their price for sure. So, why it's 4/5 stars? Because of tea, which was served without a tea bag (meh, but at least something) and we were waiting for a waiter for more than ten minutes to correct it, just with a boiled water. Anyway, this review is positive and place for 100% can be advised to visit in Wroclaw. Waiters are nice, prices are adequate and location is great with easy access to sightseeing. Peace

Dorota A.

Yelp
The pierogies are really good but the waiting time is too long - 50-60min each time I was there during various hours. Too expensive.
