I wouldn’t call it heaven. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t delicious as well. As a Polish woman I can tell they could be way more tasty but considering the place - they are okay. Just ok - don’t expect anything extra and don’t expect traditional polish cuisine since it’s just not. The filling of pierogis (flavour) is a little bit hard, should be softer (especially the ones with meat, spinach and meat&spinach. As we are here: true polish cuisine do not recognize the meat&spinach filling, it just doesn’t go well together, this combination is not a tasty one. Kraut and mushroom filling is okay, no regrets and no astonishments. The dough of the pierogis is way too thick and hard. Soup (red borsch) gives a feeling as made from the powder or some concentrate. It’s ok but still you won’t be delighted. But it’s served in a big portion! Summing up: for people who don’t know the true polish cuisine it’s a nice place to go, you will eat there a decent meal in a nice price. For people who know polish traditions - better not, you won’t be satisfied. I don’t regret but I wouldn’t go there again.
