"Pierogi Heaven, Loop. You have to love a place that does one thing and one thing only. Right across from Willis Tower is Pierogi Heavens unassuming storefront. The menus is nothing but classic, rich, doughy dumplings filled with meat, cheese and spinach and topped with sautéed onions and crispy bacon. Simple and great."

Their sausages were sooooo amazing. My fiancé is Polish and his family cooks really well, so I’m pretty spoiled with authentic polish food. But these sausages were divine. Pierogi was good too, we tried different fillings. Highly recommend! Also price is very fair too!

I wouldn’t call it heaven. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t delicious as well. As a Polish woman I can tell they could be way more tasty but considering the place - they are okay. Just ok - don’t expect anything extra and don’t expect traditional polish cuisine since it’s just not. The filling of pierogis (flavour) is a little bit hard, should be softer (especially the ones with meat, spinach and meat&spinach. As we are here: true polish cuisine do not recognize the meat&spinach filling, it just doesn’t go well together, this combination is not a tasty one. Kraut and mushroom filling is okay, no regrets and no astonishments. The dough of the pierogis is way too thick and hard. Soup (red borsch) gives a feeling as made from the powder or some concentrate. It’s ok but still you won’t be delighted. But it’s served in a big portion! Summing up: for people who don’t know the true polish cuisine it’s a nice place to go, you will eat there a decent meal in a nice price. For people who know polish traditions - better not, you won’t be satisfied. I don’t regret but I wouldn’t go there again.

Good quick cheap food! Pierogies dough is thick and chewy, filling is good, but a little bland. The carmelized onions are good and bacon is alright, although the seem like the processed kind you'd find at a salad bar. First time having pierogies so a little tough reviewing. I eat a lot of Chinese dumplings which are pretty similar. Although the filling is less fatty than dumplings which makes it feel a bit dry. Also never had sour cream with them but definitely a good combo. Overall, a decent place to get something quick for under $10!

Phenomenal Pierogis. Calm, quiet sit-in restaurant that is fast and easy - just outside South Wells St exit of Clark/Lake CTA station. Over a dozen different pierogies that you can mix with your order. Different toppings available as well. Polish sausauge was good too. Fast, inexpensive and delicious with a super friendly staff and great location makes it a must :)

Good quick lunch place with solid polish food. No frills but worked for me. I liked the meet pierogis but was a tad dry but still tasty. Potato and cheese also good. The sausage was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very much the hole in the wall place for sure. Had the stuffed cabbage and ice for late lunch so was not crowded. No frills place and it's going to be pierogi's for sure, the one thing I did not try. Sides are minimal.. Potatoes and they serve red borscht too. Drinks are cans in side fridge.

Awesome place to grab pierogies and borscht. Pretty small, but not cramped. Variety of freshly made pierogies and Polish sausage. Friendly staff and fast service.
