Good location, far enough away from main strip to not here noise. Room facilities were spot on. Beds were single and what you'd expect for the price. Air con was brilliant. Shower was spot on. Bar on the ground floor was good. Pool was good but lacked a bit of music for atmosphere. Don't be out of by negative reviews!

Second year in a row staying here and apartments are perfect size with a great sized balcony! The air conditioning is perfect in the rooms, the best air conditioning ever! We had a slightly unfortunate incident whereby youths who were in the rooms either side of us and disrespected the apartments and corridors, however won’t put me off coming back as there was nothing like that the previous year. Would overall 100% recommend for a self catered getaway with friends. Also, staff were excellent help from check-in to check-out. Very friendly and welcoming!

Looked at reviews before coming and was very worried by some but hey listen, most people reviewing are here for a negative review. This place is what it is and you basically are getting what you pay for. You want more luxurious then go pay the extra and stay there. This place…. Ain’t for families with kids really. By kids I mean younger kids. I’m here with my young lad who is 17 and he is loving it. Bit of music around pool and people his age and up to their 30s. If anyone should feel old at it it should be me as I am probably the oldest around the pool in my 40s. ||For what we wanted the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Clean room, aircon and a couple wee shops next door. You are literally 5-10 minutes away from food, bars and nightlife depending on what you want. The beach is 10 mins down the hill. Speaking of the hill. First trek up it will kill you but you get used to it, it’s really not that bad. Also coming home from strip do it in a zigzag up the streets and you don’t even notice the climb. ||The pool, you won’t need to rush down in morning to secure a bed like you will in a family apartments as half the punters are only home about an hour. ||Deposit when you arrive is €200. Pay cash and clear up the rubbish in your room and leave all towels and linen on bathroom floor when leaving and you get your deposit back in cash. Pay by card it’ll take you a couple weeks to appear in your account. ||In my opinion all staff were friendly. They maybe were sharp with some but that’s if they were being sharp to. Folks you all know the score of this place when you see the price so don’t come on after giving off when you can go get elsewhere more expensive and probably still have something to give off about.

Over all the hotel was good, yes rooms are a bit tired and dated, but A/C is brilliant and showers are really good as well. Yes the €200 deposit is a bit steep I used my credit card. They check the rooms before leaving and money was straight back before I’d even left building. The stripping your beds and making sure room is perfect before leaving is a bit over kill when you’ve got an early flight, also have to empty bins yourself which I’ve never come across in all hotels and apartments I’ve stayed at. But over all was a good experiance and great location for the strip, beach and old town. You get what you pay for really, don’t be put off by the bad reviews unless you’re the picky kind of person, don’t expect 5 stars when booking a 2 star hotel.

Absolutely shocking 😲. Got charged 6 euro for fresh towels. Also a charge for toilet roll. Temperature was 36 degrees!!! And not a umbrella in site 😒 There was a group of 10 of us to celebrate three 70th birthday celebrations. Would definitely NEVER RETURN TO THOSE APARTMENTS AGAIN !!! Definitely not suitable for kids. Went shopping, came back to the pool to show my friends what I had bought. The lady at the reception came running out to check my bag. We have stayed at these apartments before. But will never return. Benidorm has loads of nice apartments. Plus they take 200, Euros deposit per Room

The room wasn’t bad until i found out the air con barely blew any air out and the beds were really uncomfortable. The service was poor as they didn’t offer any toilet roll if you ran out and would have to go and buy your own. also to add to this, the lady behind the bar will not let you have your own drinks at the pool or inside even though it is self catering. we were sat there waiting for our bus to the airport and she kicked us out because we didn’t purchase a drink from behind the bar. i really don’t recommend staying here

We stayed here as part of a hens group last weekend. It's extremely basic, staff were not friendly or very welcoming. You almost feel like you're bothering them trying to even check in! There's images of a shop but the shop is nothing like the photo. It's also a bar and although the staff in this area were much nicer to deal with it could really do with some love! The apartments themselves are spotless, I couldn't fault it in that regard but when we tried to go to the pool area (no umbrellas) there was a group of young men there blaring music and urinating then jumping into the water. Fab!!!!|We also didn't meet any other hens staying there. It seems to be predominately stags. I wouldn't be rushing back.

Ideal for a guys holiday, a short walk to bars restaraunts etc.||||Big pool area which doesn't really get used. Guy working on bar was a good laugh & welcoming.||||3 rooms & we all followed instructions & got deposits back no problem (better paying it in cash)||||All in all wouldn't take the family but ideal for groups of guys or girls.
