Was a bit worried due to reviews, but give this place a try, go with an open mind, we have had the best time, Pierre vacancy Levante , is in a good position for visiting old and new town, I’m not the best at walking but managed this absolutely fine, staff were really lovely, no problems with getting deposit back, rooms were a great size, 2 bedrooms, lovely comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, and for a lovey change there were 6 chairs at tables . good size balcony, with table and chairs as well. Coffee machine, dishwasher in kitchen, yes there is stag and hen parties but it didnt bother us, but can totally understand why there is a deposit, the pool area isn’t big, but gets plenty sun, the pool personally It wasn’t for me as the steps in were just the ladder type, I couldn’t manage those. but the rest of my group were good with it. and the little bar is good as well ,we are already thinking of booking for another stay soon.some nice little bars not far, lovely roof top bar just around the corner on the Flamingo,

Honestly I have traveled vastly over the world this trip was a cheap break with my son from the hustle and bustle of life, I really was a little concerned with the reviews but on arrival it was not bad at all, the outside corridor is a bit baron but the apartment was lovely. Well equipped with everything you need and clean, you can hear people enjoying themselves but that’s what they are there for. I never experienced anything bad and even though there were large groups they were fine. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice and a lot of variety. Security was around and always checking the building. When they checked our apartment they gave us back our £200 deposit so nothing was a problem. I’m not sure what people expect from a break but honestly if you have booked this hotel just go ahead and enjoy. Thank you to the staff for a lovely break I will definitely return.

I would never think to write a review but the previous reviews annoyed me, so I thought i would post my experience.||We booked this hotel for a group of 31 girls for a hen party weekend, before heading we did not know what to expect with 1. the reviews and 2. such a big party, we thought there could be a lot of scams between deposits and not wanting such a large party there. However we couldn't be more wrong. ||We had 9 rooms and yes every room had to pay a 200 euro deposit (like most hotels these days!!!) Every single deposit was refunded to us after we cleaned up after ourselves and took the rubbish out, it's not hard to follow simple instructions that the hotel wants. For the money you spend, its perfect. ||The location is really good, it is a 10/15 minute walk to the strip & old town with cafes along the way that serve food and drink, receptionist was able to phone us taxis when needed for both short trips and airport runs.||Most reviews say that the staff were rude, personally I think it's just a language barrier and most groups staying here are from the UK. I'm sure the staff deal with a lot of rowdy/rude groups on a daily basis - perhaps just be nice to them and they will be polite in return, they are just doing their job.||This hotel is aimed for groups, stags and hens as you can see by the price. Would I go here with my partner or for a nice weekend away? Probably not. Is it for children? Absolutely not. But for a fun weekend of partying with friends and groups it's perfect. The rooms are big, balconies are HUGE. The bar is reasonably priced, there is a supermarket 2 minutes away to stock up your apartment fridge, it has everything that you need on a very basic level. ||I would say this hotel is a 3 star basic hotel - however seeing how low people have rated it, I've given it 4 to try help realise it's really not bad at all. I think there is some people on here who just like to complain and don't reflect the price they pay to what they got - what were they expecting?!||I also noticed that half the complaints people are writing are about the deposits and the charges for the extra towels etc - which is all clearly mentioned on the websites your booking through, maybe people need a pair of glasses aswell as manners.||People need to bare in mind that Benidorm is Stag / Hen party central - if you want somewhere luxury, quiet and modern, you have to pay for it!!||Would 100% stay here again if I was going to Benidorm with a group of friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Only issue is the lady on reception told us our deposit would be returned 1-7 days. It’s been 8 days and still no deposit. I’ve called the hotel 8 times, it just rings. Have also emailed but no response. TWO WEEKS later and still no deposit back. Spent £15 calling the hotel, no response. Still no email back!

After reading previous reviews, we were a little worried about our stay here. However, we have just returned from 4 nights in this hotel. 2 x room of 4. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. We did have to ask for an extra pillow, however it arrived immediately. You have to leave the room tidy, strip beds, take the rubbish out etc however this was absolutely fine, they also supplied a little cleaning set with washing up liquid etc in. Staff were not rude, 1 gentleman was a bit snappy at times, but nothing too bad. Location was brilliant, not too far to walk to the strip, old town or the beach. For what we paid it was very goood quality and I'd 100% return again. We paid the room deposit on a card and it was returned immediately. No complaints from us 😀

This is a great place for hen and stag do’s|The room was good , generous size , twin beds in bedroom ( so comfy and large sofa in lounge …also very comfy )|Couldn’t work out info for wifi etc |Bit of noise from next door and above but no more than you get in hotels this size.|Table and chairs on balcony ( near the top of hotel so not too comfy looking down so I didn’t 😉)|15 minute walk to the front and taxi only cost €6.50|Inside we couldn’t get oven to work , wall damaged, broken wardrobe mirror, and broken bedroom blind. I took photos on arrival .|Any damage done by you will have to be paid for and taken from your deposit of €200?|We got a kettle from reception .So def not luxury but not awful and wouldn’t go with my hubby or family ( in my 50s) but as I’ve said it’s good for large groups|Cleaning box available and we weren't in much so fine for sleeping - you are expected to clean before departure. |Nice cafe bar onsite and vending machines|Pool pretty decent with plenty loungers |Security guards on site so we felt very safe

Before arriving was very concerned with some of the reviews.| |But we arrived just before midnight and receptionist was there to greet us, yes very blunt but this could be language barrier or just her personality.|Even though we asked for apartments close together this didn’t happen and the group of 8 was split one on 3rd floor one on 19th floor.| |Apartments were large, spacious and clean, loads of amenities including a kitchen cleaning box, shampoo and shower gel, towels and linen. Maid service wasn’t included and if you required more towels or linen etc then there was a charge usually 6euros for each item.| |Two bed apartment had one double bed with bathroom including bath and overhead shower. Two single beds and ensuite with shower and toilet and almost king size sofa bed which was very easy to make.|One bed apartment includes one bathroom, one double bed and one almost king size sofa bed.| |Balconies were huge almost same size as the one bed apartment itself.| |Apartment was clean and the few odd scrapes and wall marks as you’d expect. Came with working fridge and if you required kettle or iron all you had to do was ask reception.| |You are about a 10minute walk from everything or a cheap taxi ride.| |There is a bar/café which serves all drinks, snacks and hot food(recommend the pizza’s)|Bar man was polite and friendly but if you were rude to him he would be rude back which Is fine as be treated as how you treat others.| |Pool was a nice size, clean but could do with a few more sunbeds. Toilets and showers available. Luggage storage room.| |Yes you have to pay a 200euro deposit but as long as you do as they ask (strip beds, wash up after yourself and generally make sure its clean) this will be refunded within 24hrs.| |Overall impressed. And would recommend for groups.

Nowhere near as bad as any of the reviews . Cheap bar with plenty of food and drink options . Pool table and various other game to play in the bar . Comfy beds plenty of plug sockets iron hairdryer (ask at the counter for these they are free) huge balcony with decent view . 15 minute walk to the strip food options everywhere corner shops all the way down the road . Only down sides is the Aircon in our room didn’t really work to how we expected got quite hot in the rooms but it was bearable . And the amount of mugging and beatings we seen of the balcony was extreme you will be fine just don’t walk by youreself and you’ll be fine
