Maintenance man caught in our room, front door and room door closed behind him and very flustered when we came home after a xmas meal with friends. Money was missing, cards removed from a purse and thrown back in, bags removed from rucksack. Bath rusty, patio door locks not working, bunker had wood under it to keep it up. 4 lifts but at one stage only one was working for 34 floors. Never had cleaners in once. Dirty towels, fridge moldy at bottom , kettle full of limescale. Had to clean the appliances and apartment before using. Dust under bed was thick , couch bed was made up but with dirty sheets, full of crumbs as well. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. £200 deposit wasn't clear enough if reading small print, some people may well need that £200 for their budget. |Only good thing was the wee bus to help you up the hill. |Some staff on the desk was pleasantly helpful while other staff looked down their nose at you especially when asking for a complaint form.|Will definitely not be back to this apartment! ||I look forward to a reply ! We have just spent 4 nights here. Lovely clean apartment amazing balcony.we opted for breakfast which you have in the restaurant in the hotel next door. Staff are friendly. Food is amazing loads of choice. Hotel is lovely and clean. You can use the hotel facilities. Indoor pool gym. Please ignore any negative reviews

Very well equipped apartments |A big issue made about the deposit which is well publicised |All they ask is you don’t leave |The kitchen a mess plenty of bins outside . Only small gripe didn’t see a cleaner for the whole stay but not really a big issue plenty of towels supplied etc . For the price we paid it was great value for money . |We used the hotel next door which isn’t expensive and had. Great new year there . |Would definitely come back . |Was 12 of us from 6-63 the hi was a problem for me at 63 coming up but max 5 euro for a taxi no problem.

Don’t be put off by some of these reviews like I was before arriving!|The apartments are well equipped, bed was comfortable, view was amazing and if you use them as a base and stick to the rules as common courtesy, you’ll be perfectly fine. ||They are up a hill but there’s a shuttle bus to the beach and in all honesty if you’ve got legs that work and don’t need a scooter, the walk isn’t as bad as some whinging people have made out….. did it lots late at night with a cheeky kebab on way home.

Only had one issue whilst staying here back in August and it was due to the door sticking when opening from the outside other than that the room was perfect and nicely renovated. We were completely aware that we were supposed to give €200 deposit which we payed by cash and upon checkout we waited 15 minutes and got it back. Check in process was easy we did arrive extremely early as our flight from Dublin arrived 9am they allowed us to leave our bags in a locker room until our room was ready, which it was early with no fee. I’d definitely return here as we found the pool area to not be rowdy more family oriented which was nice.

We stayed here only for one night as we came only for the weekend. We had a lovely stay on the 29th floor, where the view was amazing!!! All the employees were nice, polite, friendly and helpful. We were even able to check in way before check in time. Our only issue was the shower as we had hot water for about 5 minutes then it turned to cold, otherwise everything was absolutely positive. We recommend this hotel and we will definitely return when we go back to Benidorm.

Apartments are ok, not the cleanest and could do with a bit more cleaning, under the beds were full of dust and had been left not sure how long but not been cleaned for a while! Our patio doors were a bit dodgy to open and close but we were quite high up so don’t think security would be too much of an issue, the shower would run same time as the bath tap which caused the water to run cold, can only think the reason for this was the double running of the hot water with the shower and the bath tap, didn’t really spend much time in the hotel so can’t comment on the place itself, plus side there is a bus that runs from the hotel down to the beach and back from 10am and finishes around 830pm. We only used this a couple of times as it’s not a bad walk down to the beach from the hotel, bus up is great if you don’t want to walk back up the hill but we walked back up most of the time, there is a €200 deposit that you must pay, as long as you leave the apartment clean and clear your rubbish there’s no problem getting your deposit back, we paid cash as we’d seen a few reviews complaining about not getting deposits back with card payments or taking a long time, we checked out of our apartment, it was checked first before we were given our deposit back, but as said we got it back no problem. Overall room was ok.

Ok hotel for short stays but won’t be in a rush to return. ||On arrival the signage was not great, no reception in the apartments and it took us a while to work out you need to go to the sister hotel to check in.||There was no mention of the £200 deposit you have to put down & the staff weren’t very friendly. You have to take the bins out yourself and ensure the kitchen is clean to get the deposit back! ||The apartments at first glance were good, modern and spacious but once starting to live in them, not so great. There was a group and 2/3 rooms we had the showers didn’t work. The bedding was dirty/ had hairs on. The patio doors didn’t lock. No safe in the room & there’s shutters on the doors which act as “curtains”||One of the main concerns is the safety in this hotel. The glass balcony and glass panels in the hallways are not safe. Considering the height of this hotel block, the balcony’s are very low, especially amid you’re on a high floor. The railings up the entrance stairs were also loose!||Sleeping also isn’t the best, the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear all doors banging and others in their rooms. ||The hotel is up quite a big hill away from the main area - which is a downside. There is a Shuttle bus if needed. ||Considering the range of accommodation in Benidorm I wouldn’t rush back to this hotel.
