We visited the Pierre Marcolini chocolate shop, and honestly… the chocolates are good, but that’s about where the magic ends. Don’t expect to taste anything—apparently offering a sample is treated like giving away a national treasure. The staff’s ego? Let’s just say it soars higher than the Eiffel Tower. 😅 One chocolate box is more than enough, and definitely not worth splurging on multiples. If you want to experience real chocolate hospitality, go to Du Rhône Chocolatier in Geneva—there the generosity flows, the tasting is endless, and you don’t feel like you need to beg for a tiny piece. Compared to that, Marcolini is just overpriced drama wrapped in fancy packaging. Not recommended… but hey, it’s your choice!

We can from London for the day and came across this store. The store was beautiful and clean and the staff were nothing short of spectacular. Nani looked after us so well, she was kind, knowledgable, funny and just went above and beyond to get us the perfect chocolates. I can’t thank her enough for the amazing service and we felt tearful after the interaction as it was so lovely and pure. Thank you everyone in the store who greeted us with a big hello and a lovely goodbye. Really amazing experience!

Most delicious chocolates I ate in my life, thank you. Ate them 3 years ago when they had the sombreros on the walls so no recency bias 😂

Chocolates are pretty nice. Sometimes tourists need some recommendation. It will help greatly if the staff can offer some opinion instead of saying “everything is my favourite” Despite his lackluster attitude, I bought two items. I wish service can be on par as the brand.

What a delightful place ! The eclairs, ice cream and chocolates were just sinfully delicious. Loved the place and would definitely go back before we leave our Belgium trip. 10/10

Excellent. The Ice Cream, kumos and the crème de la crème or the Pièce de résistance was the Vanilla Grand Cru Eclair. I would visit Belgium again just for that.
