Can I give this place a 300 star review? Cuz I would. I love this place. It sits somewhere between a little spot I fell in love with in Florence mixed with Maui vibes. We were immediately taken away. Felt like a spot we would find while traveling. Love that.
We had a res for Saturday night, arrived a bit early, and were taken to our table immediately. Love the tables. all different types. All kind of seating. Love the cushions, the tall tops, the overall outdoorsy vibe.
Quickly greeted by our server Isaiah. Dude. Give him a raise RIGHT NOW. He was literally the best. Vibin' off our energy, he couldn't have been better. Kind, informative, always checking in at the right time. He continually offered us space to wait and order which I loved. No rush here.
The Guac - Ahhhhhmazing. The first bite, we were both like..oh my god. Hooked.
Queso & Salsa Flight - Loved the queso, beans are a little plain but a great reprieve from other dips that had SO much flavor.
Empanadas - The soft texture, and that ají sauce. I will have dreams of it.
My jerk chicken tacos were fantastic. They had the symbol for a 3 level spice, but honestly, I didn't get that out of them. I felt like the guac & the ají sauce were WAY spicier than the tacos.
We cannot WAIT to come back here in the spring/summer and enjoy the patio and try more food and hang out with Isaiah some more. Amazing Job Pig Latin. Cheers!
