Pigeon Forge Racing Coaster

One of the better, if not best in PF. New so it’s still so smooth. The speed is enjoyable but still good for young kids, like my 5 year old daughter. We will certainly return. Entire experience, including the staff, was great

October 2025. Went on the coaster with my boyfriend. We wanted to race. He got a 5 second head start. There went the race. So it was just me riding also but he's always ahead by a couple of feet. So it wasn't much of a race.. Besides that. The view was beautiful. We went at night. The ride itself. There's fast moments . Fast spins. My opinion is: I've been on better nights coasters than this. Maybe next time , they'll make sure the next 2 guests go off at the same time

This is the best mountain coaster I’ve been on! It’s super fast thrilling and the views are incredible. The price is fair for the experience you get. The inside has bathrooms and a little snack bar. It’s clean and organized and our family will definitely be back the next time we’re here. Thank you for the Core memory.

Such a fun experience! Pigeon Forge Racing Coaster was a huge hit with our pre-teen boys—they had an absolute blast! The coaster itself is exciting, but what really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff were from start to finish. A special shoutout to Elizabeth, who was amazing and incredibly helpful when it came time to scan the photo cards and choose which photos we wanted. She made the process easy and enjoyable. We visited in December, and they had The Grinch there for photos, which was such a fun bonus. Their Grinch did a fantastic job and truly looked the part—perfect for the holiday season! Highly recommend this attraction for families looking for fun, friendly service, and a little extra magic, especially around Christmas.

Don gave instructions before we walked in & Christian re-capped us at the top. We had a group of about 30 and the staff was patient and amazing. The ride itself was awesome! Definitely recommend!

This was an incredible experience today! Our friends from Ohio were with us and we just had so much fun! This thing is fast and the view is spectacular. We are vloggers and we were granted permission to film on the ride. We lost our transmitter and without asking, Amber went and retrieved it. She was so nice and so diligent about trying to find it. Klaus the manager is wonderful. You can tell he really cares about the experience and his employees. It’s a place we will frequent with friends and family. It’s a pretty amazing thing!

So much fun. We rode with our toddler who wants to be a race car driver when he grows up so this was a great little themed adventure for us to do with him. We bought the package where you get 3 rides to use in 48 hours. We had so much fun and he couldn’t get enough we did it all in the same night! 10/10 would recommend trying this out with family or friends! The on ride video is definitely worth it!

4.7 is the current rating at the time of this review. This location is at the south end of the main strip, past Krispy Kreme. No line at 9:30pm on Wednesday night. They offer military discounts, $3 off regular price. Once you pay you head towards the gift shop, it’s like 2 racks of Tshirts and some other stuff, maybe? Then you continue up the stairs to the entry deck to wait in line to get into one of the goat coasters. I like calling them goat 🐐 coasters since these rides are built on a mountain. There’s 2 lines, you get into one line and your opponent gets into the other line. You can ride solo or 2 people can ride in one, the back person controls the speed of your goat 🐐 coaster. You’re both seat belted in. Put your phone away, they will tell you this 😉 I wanted to video it but glad I listened or else I wouldn’t be writing this review now. So hats and anything else you don’t want to fly away, you should put away, The back person has a stick lever on both sides. Forward is fasted, pull the lever back according to how slow you want to go, but no stopping on the track because you’ll have someone coming behind you at some point. Let me tell you - it’s fast. You will go around curves that hang over the edge that make you feel like you may just go over 😱You then get jerked back onto the track - lord help ya if that ever fails. I don’t do roller coasters 🎢 normally, so this was a little scary for me, but fun 🤩 I recommend the Racing Coaster for anyone looking for some fast, up high fun 💯

If you are looking for a great racing experience that goes around the sides of a mountain, then look no further. Stop by Pigeon Forge Racing Coaster when you get the chance. They are located in the beautiful Pigeon Forge area. It is owned by BJ McLeod and his family (yes, the race car driver). The people and staff are very nice. I was happy when I visited yesterday for their grand opening. Yes, it was busy, but the line moved fast, so I got to ride and experience the coaster attraction. Would I do it again? Yes, I would. It is fun, exciting, and the coasters are fast. Adult tickets (13 and older) cost $25.00. Youth tickets (8-12) cost $18.00. Kids (3-7) are free. All prices include taxes. When ready to line up, you will be in either the left or right lane to race against a family member, friend, or another paying customer. Staff will instruct you on what to do before you go on the track and race against the other person on the other side of the track. Keep in mind, these coasters are fast with a lot of speed. If you are pregnant, you will not be allowed to ride due to health reasons for yourself and your baby. You can steer the coaster with a stick that allows you to accelerate and decelerate. The coasters can reach speeds of up to 30 miles per hour on the track. The minimum height requirement for passengers is 38 inches tall and 3 years old, accompanied by someone at least 16 years of age. The driver must be at least 56 inches tall. To ride as a passenger, individuals must be at least 3 years old and 38 inches tall. The driver must be at least 16 years old to ride with a passenger or 56 inches tall to ride alone. There is no age requirement to ride alone, provided the height requirement is met. Two people may ride together if the driver is at least 16 years of age. The passenger must be at least three years old and 38 inches tall. The maximum weight limit is 375 pounds in dry conditions and 330 pounds in wet conditions. Rain shields are available for use in wet weather.

Nice view nighttime. Beautiful scenery. Great for friends or couples or family. Pretty intense. Would of been 5 stars if my boyfriend and I were both released at the same time to "RACE" rather than him have a 4 second head start so the whole "RACE" he was always feet away from me which took away the racing element.

Very good service we also had to do a parent swap witch was decent but the whole rest of my family got a video but I didn't and I asked the lady down there and said I got no video witch is stupid.You guys need to ensure videos for every one!=
