Piggly Wiggly

This establishment brings me back to my childhood in Gordon Ga... It's been around for generations and hope still will. Very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the flowers smelled fresh.. Found one of my favorite candy bars here Dubai chocolate it's where's the price. It's divine Chocolate..

You know it's piggly wiggly. Always clean and well stopped I love shopping here but I still have to go to another grocery store to get the things that Piggly wiggly doesn't carry but I don't mind. But like I said I can do all my major grocery shopping here as well as get my cleaning supplies toilet paper paper towels school supplies if I need it and things for my car my pets. Fresh fruit already cut up of course they have the deli which is always good food. Employees are nice and helpful

The prices seem quite high. The employees were great, but the store feels run down. That would be great if there were reasons to so there. NOW, they had 16 layer half cakes that looked amazing! (..too expensive though)

I miss having Piggly Wigglys back home. The Pig was my first job. The store was well stocked and clean. The cashier was super friendly. Her name is Tae.

Low prices. Great selection. Usually stocked well. Meat department seems slightly small. However, they have a great variety of meat.

Very clean ok prices. All the employees are so nice and helpful. Love their meat department always good quality and price.

Was visiting my grandparents for the 4th/ This place had mold in multiple areas of the store, I bought chicken there for bbq it was completely rancid, directed to Cole he wrote it off like it was my fault like my car was hot… informed he was owners son by cashier: whole place needs to be shut down. Only person who gave me peace was at customer service older lady.

I’m convinced this is somewhere people shop that can’t go elsewhere, it has 3rd world country vibes for first world country price/ actually higher than Publix prices but poultry is cheap if you want rotten or on the verge. Sad to hear this is locally owned. Do better

I'm currently on a spiritual quest to find the best grocery store rotisserie chicken in the world, which I have dubbed "Chicken Wars." The next stop on the journey was the legendary Piggly Wiggly. This planet's first grocery store. Truly hallowed ground for us here at Chicken Wars HQ. We walked in and picked up the bird, and I was so inspired to be in here. I even bought a shirt, even though they only had XXXLs left. The staff here was so kind and engaging, just happy to be alive. Pooler, GA will always have a special place in my heart. A whole tissi ran $8.99 and it ended up landing at 5.25/10, which currently ranks it 74th out of 86 grocery store birds I've tried. The bird had ZERO motion, but Pigwig has all the motion. Has a great deli 7 days a week Special everyday Service is also great, reliable and the prices can't be beat

Stocks items not available at other stores Helpful staff. Large selection alcohol. In - store bakery. Easy access from Pooler Parkway.

Gotta live a tradition! Quality meats and produce bring me here. Proximity to post office also helps. Staff is helpful.

I'm in awe that this establishment couldn't come to an understanding that they should always be stocked up with their special piggly wiggly brand shirts. Why were there none to purchase? My wife went in to buy some merchandise and found nothing. I'm disappointed. This is more than just a grocery store. It's a lifestyle. When are things going to change? I need answers. Not happy, Piggly Wiggly.

If you don't love the Piggy Wiggly you don't understand the south! Stop and pick up a I love the pig hat or tshirt!

I hate reviewing chain places, but sometimes it is a necessary evil. This review will be short and to the point since this is a very common brand. I am just reviewing this location here so you know what to expect.* This is a nice Piggly Wiggly. Love the local produce. Fresh local produce is reason enough to shop here, support America. Support your community. Do the right thing. The prices are a bit high here, but you can use coupons.

Generally has what we are looking for. I've noticed prices tend to be around 5-10% more here than compared to the Wal-Mart that's near them. They do have a nice variety of alcohol, for those interested in alcohol. Staff is very friendly!

I claim this as the awesom-est Piggly Wiggly I've ever seen. Then again, this is the first and only I've seen. All in all though, this has a good bakery, deli, and all the groceries you could need for your daily needs. Right now they have pineapple plants up by their flowers.. neat!

Now a Bi-Lo, this is a very nice grocery store. It was convenient to where I'm staying, well stocked, clean, uncrowded, with a nice friendly staff. The fresh smells were the first thing I noticed.

Just wanted to clarify that it is a Bi-Lo now. The staff & quality of the products offered are top quality! I buy my meats there as opposed to anywhere to else. The bakery is awesome as well!

I just returned from the Piggly Wiggly in Pooler, GA. It happened to be perfect timing as the early evening had started to creep up on the customers and many were in a hurry to get home and settle in. I have been here many times and so I was familiar with the store and made my way getting the few items I had set out to purchase. I put my groceries on the counter and the cashier proceeded to check me out. After she took my money, she turned her back (I was the only customer). I struggled to reach across the counter to put my heavy items into the bag, hoping that she would turn around and at least "push" the groceries closer to me. I struggled and reached and stretched and huffed and puffed until I got the last bag in my cart, for which she then turned and apologized for "NOT" helping me. Oh well, at least she said she didn't realize that I was stretching and reaching for my bags. Being African-American you can imagine the first thing I thought. They always say that African Americans always think that people are prejudice towards them. I guess you'd have to walk in our shoes to see why we always feel that way. I didn't want to leave on a positive note. I didn't want to think any thing......I just said to myself, "I wish I had of gone to Publix or Kroger where I could have heard someone say, do you need any help with your bags." Now please be reminded, the young lady turned to me with a big smile and a big apology.....I hate that this one thing would cause me to never return, but at this point, I won't go back to the Piggly Wiggly.
