Pikes Wines

It was after a drive to "The Pink Lake", we decided to head out to the Clare Valley Wine region. It was not part of the plan but it just seemed to work out. This was a weekend of wine tasting for the Mrs and our friends as it was their first time in Adelaide. Looking at Google reviews we decided on Pikes. Upon arrival we were treated by Kay and she seated us for the Wine Tasting. The Mrs and our friends were enjoying the tasting as Kay was treating them like VIPs. She was a great Host. After leaving the tasting and with 3x bottles of their finest, we wanted something to eat so we decided to get a bite to Eat from the Beer brewery cafe onsite. My Calamari was nice, wife's fish burger was nice and our friends bought chicken pieces and a dips platter which they all enjoyed. So it was back into Glenelg from here. I'd say it was a good unplanned visit of Pike's Winery. Thanks Kay.

Had a fabulous long lunch at Pikes winery. Service was attentive and friendly. The charcuterie plate was great value at $21 as the serving was very generous. Had the whiting for my main meal, it was delicious with fennel and a great sauce. Overall a very good day.

Held our sons wedding and reception at Pikes in May this year. Could not be happier with the location, food, wine and service. Louis the restaurant manager could not have been more helpful in organising the event.

Excellent service from Andrew at the wine tasting and sales. We liked the wines and bought a few, followed by a good lunch outdoors on the lawn under the umbrella. A Wagyu hamburger and a Wagyu steak sandwich on beautiful bread were excellent.

A lovely day out with my girl. Offered water straight away. Water came, offered a drink straight away. Drinks came offered food straight away. These people nailed it. We had a great tasting experience and will be back.

Lovely setting. High quality and good range of wines, not priced over the top. Excellent service advice and interactions from Kelly. Brewery next door, nice beer.

One of the best, if not, the best, wine tastings we've ever experienced. Andrew was warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Great selection of wines, beers and food. Definitely worth stopping in.

We visited this winery and had lunch in their slate restaurant which is fine dining the food there was magnificent. They do have a cheaper pub style service away from the restaurant which looked okay. The rose wine is to die for. Highly recommend lunch and wine tasting here
