Advantages of the center: Coach Vincent is also the owner of the center: he is professional, good lesson plans, exercises are combined with music. Points that need immediate improvement: -Poor hygiene (unclean toilet, hair on the floor, smelly room, I have to come in early every day to wipe the sweat of the previous student, so tiring). -The center does not have a cleaning department that works 8 hours a day, so when the exercise equipment gets dirty, when there is no drinking water, when the trash can is full, the air conditioner is leaking, etc., no one takes care of it, sometimes the customers have to do it themselves. -Coach Eric often cancels class on rainy days. He only informs me 15 minutes before class time, when I have already arrived at the center or on my way to the center. This month (9.2025), he has canceled at least 2 times (17:30 at 11/9 & 12:00 at 22/9). He is really unprofessional, no respect for the pilates and no respect for customers at all. You should consider when signing up for classes with him during the rainy season.

I’ve been going to Pilates Vietnam: By Pour Vous Method for 02-year now, and it’s changed the way I feel about my body — especially my core! When I first started, I had no idea how weak my core actually was, but the instructors here have helped me build real strength from the inside out. They always make sure you are doing it safety & effective. Every class focuses on controlled movement, balance, and proper breathing, and I can truly feel my core getting stronger each month. It’s not just about having toned abs — I’ve noticed better posture and more stability. Cô Thuý is also my favourite instructor in the studio. I’m so happy I found this place — highly recommend it to anyone looking to feel stronger, calmer, and more confident.

I requested to attend an English language Pilates class but instead I was enrolled in a Vietnamese-speaking class. Unfortunately, the teacher was not supportive even though she knew I didn't speak the language. The frustration of not understanding during the class was overwhelming. Additionally, the class was advertised as reformer Pilates but it was actually more like mat Pilates on a reformer. As someone who has been practicing Pilates for over two years in different countries, I can say this was not a proper Pilates class.

Very good programme, doesn't just focus on conditioning but always mixinv it up making it very good training, Instructors are very nice too!
