If you don’t like heavy music blaring at 9am while you try to enjoy your coffee/breakfast, forget it. And if you ask politely if there’s any chance of turning it down, you’ll be shown the door because “this is how we have it every day of the year”, said with utter disdain. Possibly the worst customer service by a manager I’ve ever experienced. Yes, the coffee was good but there are other excellent cafes nearby if you’d prefer a place that cares about all its patrons - old and young. I am a musician by the way - I love music - but you have to pitch it right in a cafe or restaurant. And if someone is specifically struggling with the volume, does it really hurt to turn it down a bit?
