Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre

Nice hotel kind of a bit too cool to be great maybe? odd location very squeezed in, so no view from our room as such and the whole hotel is dimly lit if not just dark. ||||Lovely complimentary toiletries, nice bathroom but the moveable shower head didn’t tip which was very odd as it kist shot out straight ahead.||||The bed, pillows and duvet were amazing though… on a par with my best hotel sleep of all time at The Marriot Grosvenor Square.||||Clean room and immaculate throughout.||||Extra lighting needed and a warning of an awful view fromroom 211.

Perfect hotel for our stay. The location to the train station was ideal for day trips out of Brussels. The room was clean, spacious and had everything you would want. The breakfast was excellent! They went above and beyond…especially when I asked for gluten free options. The staff at the entire hotel was great. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Traveling on business, we were booked here by our client. Had zero expectations going in, but I was impressed going out. First time in Brussels, and the location was perfect for that. Cathedral is next door, and the main city square a minutes walk away. Staff were exceptional. Did not get to eat there, but had drinks at the bar in the evening and loved the attention and service. This is a recommendation for vacation, even though my stay was business.

A well located four star hotel with decent size rooms, comfortable beds and welcome amenities. The staff are okay but I can understand how some negative reviews would consider them a bit off putting. The location of the hotel is the main attraction being close to the train station and central tourist attractions.

Stayed here a month ago whilst visiting Brussels. Lovely room, very clean, nice service on the front desk. The timings on room cleaning were a bit odd and the housekeeper did get annoyed one day when she tried to clean our room at 4pm (we were getting ready for a wedding). However, no real issue and would recommend!

The guy at check-in was outstanding. It was our anniversary and he left us a handwritten note, balloons and chocolates on our pillow! How nice is that? He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel itself was wonderful too... excellent location as it's close to SNTB central so perfect for day trips to Bruges and Luxemborg and very walkable to Grand Place where all the restaurants and shops are. It's far enough away from the Place that you don't get the crowds, but close enough to walk within 5-10 minutes. Rooms were spacious and updated. Bed and pillows were comfy. would definitely stay there again. Lived up to its 9.2 rating!!!

Loved this hotel! Clean, modern, quiet, great price, and a fantastic location. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. We were able to check our bags when we got there in the morning and our room was ready after a few hours exploring the city.

The hotel had excellent access to the station and city center, and it was very clean and well-maintained. When there was an issue with the toilet water continuously running, the staff handled it promptly and effectively. Their hospitality was outstanding — they were very kind to our child and offered wonderful service. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Brussels.
