Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre

We had a very pleasant stay at Pillows. I dealt with 4 members of staff and they were all friendly and clearly cared about their job. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a short 5-10 minute from everything you might need (including a great park and kids playground). The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and I regret not having it both days.

I booked this hotel after reading the reviews and was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived.||The check in was a little longer than i would have liked, i find this can be an issue at a number of hotels taking info, getting keys ready etc but nothing major. We made our way up to our room via the lifts which were quick unlike some places we have stayed. When we opened the door the room was larger than expected with a huge bathroom.||The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable indeed. We went for a walk and discovered the hotels location was brilliant. Walking distance to the main square, shops bars and everything else you could need. There are shops close by and the central train station is 2 mins away. Ideal for if you want to explore other cities like we did.||Atomium and Mini Europe are a short taxi away but maybe 8/10 euro.||Pros: Location, bed, amenities in the room, staff were very friendly|Cons: Slight building work at the bottom of the road meant taxis couldn't find us. Check in needs to be a bit quicker.|||Get this booked if you're heading to Brussels

My stay at the Pillows Hotel Brussels was marked by excellent service, comfort, and attention to detail. The hotel’s ambiance, from the inviting common areas to the well-maintained rooms, enhances the feeling of relaxation and luxury.||||The only aspect that I think could be improved is the seating in the rooms. While functional, the chairs could be more comfortable—armchairs similar to the seating available in the lounge, which would add to the overall comfort of the hotel.||||Overall, the Pillows Hotel Brussels delivers a consistently high standard of hospitality, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel is very well located, close to the metro, the train station and the city center. The reception staff was polite, as were the rest of the staff. The breakfast was excellent and tasty. The room was quiet but well equipped. The bathroom was excellent and spacious. There are only a few floors, so access to the room and reception is quick. There is a nice church nearby and when the bells ring, it is not a problem. Very pleasant! An excellent option in Brussels.

Great location and welcoming staff. We appreciated being able to check into our room early, although there was a €30 fee for this. It would be a nice gesture if early check-in were complimentary when the room is already available, especially since there are no additional facilities provided that would incur extra costs for the hotel. The breakfast was very good, and while the gym is a nice addition, it is quite small and could benefit from better equipment.

I liked everything about this lovely hotel. Location is excellent, within walking distance from everything you need to visit like Grand Place and museums. 2 min walk from Central train station, shops and cafes. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and spotless; large comfortable bed and amazing pillows. The hotel bar also deserves to be mentioned, cozy atmosphere, very good cocktails, excellent service. Check in and check out -quite quick, friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay here was awesome. The place is a short walk to the train station and near iconic attractions. The room was neatly clean, spacious, and tidy. It's probably the best hotel I stayed in for my 4 leg trip across Europe. Was a pleasant surprise for me as I had not stayed in pillow hotel chain before and did not have much expectations for it before the stay. My room did not really have much of a view but it was fine for me given the much pros highlighted. Will definitely come back again.

We stayed here for 1 night as we passed through Brussels from London to Amsterdam. The location is great - a short walk to the Grand Place and 15 minutes from airport. The rooms were nicely appointed but the common areas felt a bit grungy. I'd compare this to a mid-range chain hotel in the US like Holiday Inn or Days Inn. Utilitarian and average.
