Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The reception area is always staffed, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel staff were not only professional but also friendly and hospitable. They went above and beyond, providing us with a helpful city map and recommending fantastic places to explore around Brussels. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to store our luggage both before and after check-out. The room was an absolute delight. The plush and comfortable king-sized bed, along with extra and comfortable pillows, made for a truly restful night. The spacious bathroom was generously stocked with quality toiletries, including body lotion, hand cream, soap, conditioner, and shampoo—such thoughtful touches! There was plenty of space and furniture for us to work comfortably, and the room was equipped with a mini fridge, an espresso machine, a safe, and a smart TV. We also received a warm welcome gift, which was a lovely surprise. Although we only stayed for one night, we were thoroughly impressed and are already looking forward to returning. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer, but we’ll definitely consider exploring other properties within their group in the future. A special thank you to Rym and Imane, whose exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. They really went the extra mile to ensure our experience was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

As a frequent business traveller to Brussels (and former resident), this hotel was a very nice surprise. The room is cool and comfortable, with a proper desk to work at, a good shower, wardrobe, and all the essentials. It is slightly less on the luxury side compared to some competitors nearer Grand Place with the same star rating, but it more than makes up for it with functionality and the politeness and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was also quite nice. Very likely to return.

Overall this is a great hotel -- the rooms are well-appointed and very clean, the linen and pillows are amazing, toiletries are great. Breakfast buffet is high quality and many choices available but I found myself having to wait awhile for someone to seat me -- i eventually gave up and got my own seat. A server never came by. Checkin was a little bumpy as I had prepaid but they seemed to not find it. I would stay here again as I got a nice email from the hotel afterwards. If you want a beautiful room and great linens and pillows for a super night's sleep -- this hotel is perfect. Also, it is a 10min walk to the Central Station (where you can catch a train to the airport).

We enjoyed our stay here ! Very central location . Great service , good room. The only thing was it was a little difficult to get to because of the construction in front of the hotel. Also a 4 minute walk to the train station! Not too many restaurants close by

Traveling on business, we were booked here by our client. Had zero expectations going in, but I was impressed going out. First time in Brussels, and the location was perfect for that. Cathedral is next door, and the main city square a minutes walk away. Staff were exceptional. Did not get to eat there, but had drinks at the bar in the evening and loved the attention and service. This is a recommendation for vacation, even though my stay was business.

Stayed here a month ago whilst visiting Brussels. Lovely room, very clean, nice service on the front desk. The timings on room cleaning were a bit odd and the housekeeper did get annoyed one day when she tried to clean our room at 4pm (we were getting ready for a wedding). However, no real issue and would recommend!

The hotel’s location was excellent, right next to the city center, and it was a very safe area. The room was very clean and everything was thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. They welcomed us in the room with Belgian chocolate. If I ever come to Brussels again, I will definitely choose the same hotel.

Loved this hotel! Clean, modern, quiet, great price, and a fantastic location. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. We were able to check our bags when we got there in the morning and our room was ready after a few hours exploring the city.
