First time at Pilot last night for a degostation dinner. We were served nine tasters paired with nine wines. There is the option to go non-alcoholic, which are equally delicious. Especially liked the non-alcoholic mango beer and black sesame horchata. Each dish was beautifully presented, seasoned perfectly and delicious. When we booked, we were asked about dietary requirements or things we don't fancy eating. When we walked in and sat down, the dishes started arriving. A brief description was provided with each beverage as to who made them, the region in Australia in which the grapes were grown, which we found interesting.
The night was quite pricey and perfect for a special occasion. It was a great experience
