I was SOOOO looking forward to this place opening when I saw the 'coming soon' sign in the window. Since opening, the few times I've gone by, it was always packed and lines at the door. So I thought it must be good. Finally had the time to go but again a line, so instead I ordered for pick up. Instructions are to bypass lines and go directly to the counter, which I did. From a customer service perspective, very low on the scale; not impressed at all. I could clearly see my food on the counter not far from me. One lady was on the phone, which sounded quite problematic but no acknowledgement from her. About 5 minutes later, another lady comes from a back area and goes behind the counter and says she will be right with me. She takes over the conversation on the phone from the first lady, who then disappears in the back. The lady on the phone finishes and then goes in the back. A few minutes later she comes out with a garbage bag and starts changing the bin. As she does, the first lady comes back and finally addresses me for the first time. After telling her my name, looks at the bag on the counter, describes the contents and after I agree, hands it over. This all took about 12 minutes. The only good thing about the wait, was I got to check out the place, which made me realize why it's packed and has line ups. Not a lot of seating at all and quite cramped actually. It would not be a destination I'd go with a few friends. After getting home, I had to reheat the burrito, as I was there at the time they told me it would be ready. But with extra wait time and extra 5 minutes to get home, it was cold. Though I said medium, it was definitely hotter, as it had a kick and I was sweating; which I didn't mind, as I like spicy but others may not appreciate. Most disappointing were the contents. I got chicken but the menu said it included cheese, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, green bell peper, cilantro, onions, chipotle mayo. From those items, the only thing I saw, other than chicken, was some cilantro and a few VERY small cubes of tomatoes. Frankly, I don't know how they can be cut that small, unless they come packaged that way? Definitely didn't see beans or lettuce or onions. I LOVE burritos and tacos so try any new place I can to compare. Very underwhelming in comparison to even some chains. I expected more from an individual restaurant. But I will give them another chance, as I want to support local business and hope I just chose the wrong item or it wasn't made as properly given how busy they seemed. Please don't make me regret my decision!!
