🍣🥰 Love the place. They’re serving sushi bento set kind of. The portion of the set is just right, serving with plenty of sides. Do opt-in for Otoro and Akami dish, it’s simply sublime. The food were well thought out, the colors of the sides, dip were super vibrant. The staffs were very nice and very attentive. The restaurant is clean and well lit.

Wonderful bento type box food, wasn't expecting this, but was fantastic! Would go again but too many places to eat so little time here in Korea

Highly recommended. Not to mention the freshness of the seafood with great quality but very beautiful plating and the kind staffs. My lunch at Pinch was brilliant.

Beautiful restaurant with very nice staff But the food quality is not up to par with its presentation. I ordered 38,000 won seafood dish, priced for single portion. (it doesn’t say on the menu but it was basically Japanese chirashisushi). With such high price tag for single portion, I expected quality seafood.Unfortunately, uni was bitter and tako(octopus) was too chewy and the rest of the fish was not fresh at all. I had to leave most of the seafood behind. The presentation was beautiful but the quality of food was awful. If you are craving proper seafood donburi, this is definitely not be a place for you. I have never felt so ripped off in Seoul like this. I want my money back.

핀치. 메뉴를 시키면 기본 밑반찬에 국이 나온다. 국에 있는 유부에는 떡이 들어있다. 참다랑어밥 속살은 아카미부분만 들어간다. 하얀소스는 마요네즈 같은 건 줄 알았는데 알고보니 엔초비 아이올리라고 한다. 청양고추도 약간 들어가있다. 바삭한 튀긴 곡물(?) 같은 게 중간중간 씹힌다. 트러플 소스 향이랑 참치가 어울려져서 맛이 괜찮다. 장어밥은 장어와 계란 지단이 들어간다. 장어맛은 흔히 먹는 장어덮밥 소스의 진한 맛보다는 깔끔한 맛이다. 활전복 간장새우밥 버터간장 마리네이드 완도활전복, 왕새우장, 날치알이 들어간다. 플레이팅이 보기 좋고 너무 예쁜 거에 비해, 전체적으로 양이 많이 적다. 그릇이 밑부분이 두꺼워서 보기보다 밥양이 적다. 식당이 깔끔하고 예쁘다. 생각보다 식당 자체는 넓지 않은데 그 대신 천장이 높아서 답답하진 않다. 재방문 의사) 보통 2024.03.01 - 방문
