Pinch Brunch bar

As a non-vegan I found the food to be tasty and well prepared. The dishes looked stunning and had a delicate touch. The flavours were interesting, delicious and our favourites were the roasted sweet potatoes and the lemon pasta.

Pinch Light-filled, cute restaurant with open kitchen - we sat at the bar to observe the prep - and a lovely outdoor space perfect for warm weather. They serve colourful, plant based food full of (many!) flavors. We tried the green curry with gnocchi, seasonal green salad, pumpkin with stracciatella and fried potatoes; next time I would definitely try the tomato salad also. They have a deconstructed carrot cake for dessert which is amazing, though quite rich. The menu really lets the plants shine (love!), no fake meats. I also had a carrot margarita, though if we return I would choose from the range of natural wines available. Overall a lovely vegan offering in Seoul, which really needs more options for vegans.

Elegantly prepared and delicious vegan food. We had the beetroot hummus with sourdough, pistachio pesto pasta, fried cauliflower, fried potatoes and persimmon curry. Great flavors! They have lots of natural wines too but I ordered a kombucha. We also had dessert (chocolate mousse and melon gelato) but I preferred the mains.

In the evening, this place turns into a wine bar. Most of the seats are bar seats with high chairs. There are two 4 person tables. We sat at the bar table and could see the chef cooking. Glass wines are over priced. We had organic vegan? white wine which cost 16,000 per glass. Honestly, the wine was so-so and no good for the price. Also it should have been chilled. However the food was good! We ordered cauliflower, cabbage, and green curry gnocchi. All of them were nice. Although I didn’t like the burnt cabbage.. curry was unique and gnocchi was cooked well. I want to visit again just for this dish. There was an English speaking staff and menu had some English. Overall, perhaps our next visit should be for the brunch.

Full vegan and very stylish place for bunch. I went at midday and had absolutely delicious mushrooms on sourdough with roasted garlic. Has a few meal options all made right in front of you and wine by bottle or glass including natural ferment vegan wines. The chef (and I think the owner) was lovely.

Creative, aesthetic and flavorful food that is completely plant-based! The menu features Western dishes (e.g. pasta, gnocchi, sandwich) that are inspired by Korean ingredients, so there are some unconventional yet tasteful creations! There are also a couple of sweet dishes such as cakes and vegan yogurt. This is a new vegan restaurant in Gangnam, which offers lunch, dinner and foreign wines. Prices are somewhat high, but the food and the location are chic and elegant.

Was craving a salad and fresh vegetables in Seoul (hard to find). I found them here but menu is quite limited. Food was of very fresh and locally sourced ingredients, but small tasting plate portions. You will likely need a few dishes to share if you are dining as 2. The location is very cute, with a contemporary wine bar feel. Small in capacity, so reservations are recommended! I ordered a ‘sustainable’ garden salad and the fried sweet potato - both delicious! Sadly, I have a soy allergy so I could not eat a lot of their dishes that use tofu as replacement for dairy.

This place is a vegan gem! The food is not only delicious but also super creative and healthy, it’s clear they put a lot of thought into their menu.
