Pinchos Tapas Bar & Restaurant

First thank you all for having us. Drinks and food were very good. Waiters are helpful and the chairs are good. However, I wanna report three major points that can totally shut this place down! 1- "Shaher" the manager...super rude person ..waiters were actually more decent..he knows nothing about hospitality, the guests and talks with attitude and nerve.. like what?! Am a guest and this is an entertainment place! And the thing I mentioned his name for is that he makes it easy to deduct from a decent waiter's salary instead of solving a case like a real manager.he was yelling at me! A lady and a guest..for a very minor issue that I myself neglected and paid more money..not a big deal..but the attitude is unforgivable. he has to change his attitude or his job. 2- As per the Egyptian Law...minimum charge is actually "illegal", yet we accept it as a ritual thing..but PAYING DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE BASED ON MINIMUM CHARGE !!! and based on (number of people) and of course unrefundable So what if we cancelled the outing? What if someone got emergency? What if we didn't like the place! So I will go through legal steps and expect a visit soon guys. 3- The atmosphere in the dining area does not relate...the red and yellow colors are like fast food spaces..no AC ..very hot unfiltered air. The place was nearly empty, and booking was not as essential as it seemed. Food was not at its best for a Spanish cuisine as promoted Pealla was full of bell paper and basil, maybe more than rice itself. Shrimp in olive oil and garlic was nearly in sauce, not as it was supposed to be. The octopus skin was removed for no reason??!!! The best thing was the anchova (bassarya) The drink was not served as it should. Overall experience was less than expected.

Excellent Experience at Pinchos Bar, Cairo! I recently visited Pinchos Bar in Cairo, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is vibrant yet cozy — the perfect mix for a relaxing evening with friends or a classy night out. The music, lighting, and overall vibe make you feel instantly comfortable and welcome. The food and drinks were top-notch — beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the cocktails were expertly crafted. A very special thanks to Mr. Shaer, the manager, for his warm hospitality and exceptional service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly made our visit memorable. I highly recommend Pinchos Bar to anyone looking for a great night out in Cairo — whether for drinks, dinner, or just to enjoy the great atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back soon!

We had a nice late brunch . The food was good, although potatoes were a bit salty. Generous portion and nice presentation. Service was good, one of should trys when in Cairo, Egypt. Cocktail was on point.

We went to Pincho’s last night for karaoke with friends, and I had an absolutely wonderful time! 🎤✨ The music was great, the atmosphere was full of energy, and the vibes were just beautiful. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was simply amazing—full of flavor and perfectly served. A perfect spot to enjoy good music, delicious dishes, and a fun night out with friends. Can’t wait to come back!

Great food and great service. Just the meat was a bit cold but other than that it was delightful.

The place is decent and nice. Before 8 pm, it’s romantic and cozy. You can have dinner with a glass of wine. After 8, it’s very crowded and the DJ begins. I hated the DJ to be honest. The chosen music and songs were so bad. The place is super small as half of it is under renovation. And they don’t follow any safety measures for Covid! The food was okay. The penne Alfredo and molten cake were so tasty. The sausage with wine was just horrible. It was so salty! They have good range of cocktails tho. Prices are okay but they have a minimum charge.
