July 5, 2025 – 2nd day in Delhi
Our tour guide brought us to Pindi for lunch, a popular and busy spot with a rich history known for serving authentic North Indian and Mughlai cuisine. Despite the crowd, we were lucky to get a nice table quickly.
For my two daughters, we ordered chicken fried rice, which they thoroughly enjoyed. For the adults, we ordered two garlic naans and a butter naan along with mutton burra and chicken rada.
Both dishes were delicious and new to me. The mutton burra was incredibly flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. I have heard my husband mention it often when he’s in India, missing me and hoping we can enjoy it together. I’m so glad we finally got to share this meal. I truly loved it.
The chicken rada was a delightful surprise. The combination of minced chicken and tender chicken pieces was so satisfying that I couldn’t get enough. Even though I usually eat rice with my meals, I didn’t miss it at all because the chicken rada was so flavorful and filling.
The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly, making our meal even more enjoyable. Overall, Pindi is a must-visit for anyone wanting to experience authentic and tasty Indian cuisine in Delhi.
