Pine & Co. was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding. The space is absolutely gorgeous! The owners were kind and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stunning and stress-free place to say “I do!”

We arranged a tour with the owners Sarah and Tim. They explained everything they provide, their catering options, decorations that are available for use, and much more. They showed us the multiple spots on site to have your perfect outdoor ceremony. There is even a grooms den and a bridal suite to get ready in! The venue was absolutely perfect and had plenty of space for our 185 guest wedding. Sarah and her team made everything look absolutely beautiful and handled any last minute issues with such professionalism and speed. You will not regret having your wedding at Pine & Co!

This was the absolute best wedding experience for not only my son and daughter in law, but for our whole family and all in attendance! Ceremony was excellent, on time and awesome! The reception was one of the funnest EVER! Tim and Sarah are great at what they do and I would recommend anyone looking into Pine & Co for their event!

An Unforgettable Wedding at Pine & Co. We had the most magical wedding ceremony and reception at Pine & Co. couple years ago, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. Our ceremony took place in the enchanting yard, setting a stunning backdrop for our special day. We opted to provide alcoholic drinks and sodas through Pine & Co., and the prices were very reasonable. The bar service was exceptional, with an amazing bartender who kept the drinks flowing and the guests happy. A huge shoutout to Sarah and Tim, who were truly wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were incredibly helpful through the entire process. There was a moment of chaos when our guests used the dinner plates for snacks, leaving us without plates for dinner. Tim and Sarah jumped into action, quickly cleaning and resetting the plates for the dinner service. Their dedication and quick thinking saved the day! We can't express enough how grateful we are for their assistance and the memorable experience they helped create. Pine & Co. is the perfect venue for anyone looking to have a seamless, beautiful, and stress-free wedding.

This was my first time visiting this place since the new owners took over, and I was very impressed! The owners seemed nice and very accommodating to the bride and groom. If you're looking to host an event, don't pass this place up.

We used Pine & Co for our wedding ceremony and reception. The grounds and building were perfect! Not to mention, Sarah and her family were helpful from the time we inquired about booking until we finished the evening. They helped make our wedding day truly one of the best days of our lives. They are a sweet, caring, wonderful family to work with and pay attention to every small detail so you can focus on enjoying your big day. My husband and I can’t speak highly enough of our experience!

On November 12, 2022 we celebrated the 247th birthday of the Marines with a Ball held at Pine and Co. The annual Birthday Ball is a semi-formal event with lots of pomp and circumstance. Sarah and Tim Olson were perfect hosts for our event. Sarah offered great suggestions and was totally open to our requests for colors, room layout and everything necessary to make our Ball a success. The catering selections were varied enough to offer our members choices to fit our group. We chose pork filet and fried chicken, with three sides, salad and a roll. The prices were no more than I would expect to pay at any family restaurant. The food was excellent and the layout of the buffet serving table made for easy serving with no congestion. The venue has ample parking near to the entrance. Many of our members are older Marines (75-93 years) with mobility issues. Wheelchairs, walkers and canes are the rule rather than the exception. With everything on one level, there were no issues for our group. The dance floor was a good size and many of our members and guests took advantage of it. The acoustics in the building were good for both our ceremony and the music to follow. We chose black table cloths with gold runners, red napkins and black chair covers from the choices Sarah offered. The color scheme went well with the semi-formal atmosphere of our Ball. We have had several different venues in the past, from local hotels, the Casino and Evansville Country Club. All were nice but Pine and Co will be our 'go-to' venue for the future. We have already reserved Nov 11, 2023 for the 248th Marine Birthday Ball and are looking forward to holding the 250th here in 2025. Thanks Tim and Sarah for making this year memorable.
