Pine & Co

We arranged a tour with the owners Sarah and Tim. They explained everything they provide, their catering options, decorations that are available for use, and much more. They showed us the multiple spots on site to have your perfect outdoor ceremony. There is even a grooms den and a bridal suite to get ready in! The venue was absolutely perfect and had plenty of space for our 185 guest wedding. Sarah and her team made everything look absolutely beautiful and handled any last minute issues with such professionalism and speed. You will not regret having your wedding at Pine & Co!

Had a surprise birthday party here with over 50 guests. We had plenty of room for dining, mingling and a nice dance floor. There is a nice bar space and plenty room for a buffet line. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. A hidden gem in the McCutchanville area. Can say enough positive comments about this place.

We had our wedding May 2025. It was everything we dreamed of and the owners were WONDERFUL. Very accommodating, kind, and are super helpful with everything. The owners have a great vision and this allowed us to trust them and not have to worry. Their venue is so beautiful with different spots to choose from. Pine & Co. was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding. The space is absolutely gorgeous! The owners were kind and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stunning and stress-free place to say “I do!”

We used Pine & Co for our wedding ceremony and reception. The grounds and building were perfect! Not to mention, Sarah and her family were helpful from the time we inquired about booking until we finished the evening. They helped make our wedding day truly one of the best days of our lives. They are a sweet, caring, wonderful family to work with and pay attention to every small detail so you can focus on enjoying your big day. My husband and I can’t speak highly enough of our experience!

I couldn’t be more obsessed with this venue. From the owners, to the gazebo, to the grooms den, to the parking lot, to the lake…sometimes on my lunch break I drive by Pine & Co. because I’m THAT addicted to this place. Do yourself a favor and CHECK….THIS….PLACE….OUT!!! Now!!! It’s urgent… Ahhhh give me more PINE this TIME w/some good ol’ WINE and times it by NINE—that’s FIIINE.

Day of wedding I was disappointed! Boys shed wasn’t open when it should have been and owner was unreachable for hours after my bridesmaid called her over and over so not only did I not get photos of them getting ready they had to get ready in the kitchen. The gazebo was the main reason why I chose the venue and a month before wedding we find out that it’s unusable and only bc we asked her why it looked like it was tilted. The arch was a nice big wooden one when we went to tour the venue and we find out a month before that it was replaced by a flimsy yellow gold one. Not our colors and our decorations didn’t go with it. Not only did I feel like she needed an assistant it would sometimes take her days to respond and I knew I had to always follow up bc she would forget. Definitely not a way I would run things. For one of the more expensive venues in Evansville I expected way more. Giving two stars bc the rest of the venue is nice and she let us come in ahead of time to set up decorations but the service fell short.

This was my first time visiting this place since the new owners took over, and I was very impressed! The owners seemed nice and very accommodating to the bride and groom. If you're looking to host an event, don't pass this place up.

I wish there was an option to give more than five stars. Sarah, Tim, and their entire staff were exceptional--helpful, friendly, and truly amazing to work with. Their entire focus was to ensure that my daughter's wedding was nothing short of perfect, and they succeeded. From the beautiful decorations to attending to every single detail, they went above and beyond what you'd expect from a typical venue. Even when issues arose (our own, not theirs), the team did everything in their power to assist us. I can't express enough gratitude for all they did. While this is their business, they never made us feel like clients; we were treated like friends. I would highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again--even though I live two hours away. Tim and Sarah, from the bottom of this father's heart, thank you for making Madison and Mason's wedding absolutely perfect. You and your staff were fantastic.
