Pineapple Court Hotel

I loved it, we slept well as the bed was comfortable, little to no disturbance from other guests , we only wished that the curtains were block out ones as the security light at the back where the pool was brightened the room when it was sleeping time. Loved the little dining table that allowed us to eat breakfast in our room. Sad that we had to get breakfast off property with a voucher due to kitchen renovations but hopefully we can visit again when the kitchen is finished. Edit: important to note as well they have a fridge, microwave, kettle and tea items in the room which are complimentary.

We traveled as a family group with multiple rooms for a quick getaway in Ocho Rios. My family and I had a wonderful time. The staff at Pineapple Court were courteous, responsive and hospitable, ready to assist in anyway possible. The hotel was just as advertised and what was needed, we felt relaxed and safe. The environment was clean and we are most appreciative of our stay. One room experienced some technical difficulties and once it was reported, the team did not hesitate to render immediate assistance to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Special thanks to Reanna and Carlene who assist with reservations, Shauna-Kay for a quick check-in, Joy the Room Attendant who ensured our rooms were properly prepared and cared for, and the landscaping gentleman for assisting the family around. Joy was so polite and professional. We appreciate you all and we are already discussing our next trip. You will definitely be seeing us again for sure.

Clean basic hotel. All you need for a couple nights. I am picky with cleanliness and they definitely take care of cleaning here! We felt comfortable and safe on our two night stay. We used this as a base to go to Kingston for a day. Free parking out the back. You are kinda in the hustle and bustle so it’s not quiet. But I recommend. Breakfast included. They are doing renovations as well so I anticipate some newer rooms soon. Enjoy Jamaica! If you’re driving definitely check out Evitas Italian on the hill. Unreal food and views!

Over the area is Dimond in the rough. For a few persons who wants to relax in a peaceful , quiet environment this is perfect. And I have personally like that they have a few adorable cats that walked around freely on the location. Super cute kittens.

This is the best ever its so good and workers are very polite and the rooms are very very clean extremely clean hurry up and get ur restaurant renovated but overall it's the best thank u it has not drop its standard coming there fr 2009

We needed a booking for a one night stay which was well accommodated. We arrived late which was not an issue for them as they had left our room key with the guard. The room was dated but very clean and cozy. The water pressure and temperature were so nice I would go back just to take a shower. The receptionist was very nice and helped me with an item we did not have. Breakfast was delicious and the chef made our fried dumplings to order. Go early for the ackee and saltfish Parking is accessible and very easy, close to the room. There is a pool and a small kids area which was not accessible due to the weather. My only con would be ease of getting to the location especially for someone who is not from the area. Luckily we did it old school style and asked a few people along the roads for direction. The sign is not pronounced, so we were unable to find it with ease in the middle of the night. Nice seating area in the front to take a breath as well as very clean property. The walls are a bit thin but the rooms are secured. The AC is good too I would reserve again for another one night stay.

We wanted a nice central location for a weekend getaway and they were tucked away minutes from Ochi Town. Our room was nice and spacious, breakfast was great. Hot water, cold AC, Common areas were clean as well as the pool. Definitely recommend 👏🏻

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Thanks to chief Troy.Lunch also was delicious. The room was clean & bed comfortable .The room smelt so good. The staff are very helpful. The environment was calm. The pool relaxing.The hotel is child friendly there is a small playground with a swing and slide.
