We are a family of 4. We had the entire apartment D (2 bedrooms and living area) for 2 nights. The check-in was very fast. The parking was fine, but it would be a bit tight if you had a larger car. The accommodation was clean, modern & spacious. (The front door was not closing properly though, but still lockable). It’s only a 5 minute walk to town, and very quiet. The laundry facilities were good. This place is excellent value for money and is highly recommended

We recently stayed at Pinewood Queenstown and had a wonderful experience. The property itself is cozy, well-located, and offers great value, but what really stood out was the service.||Mr. Marwin at the reception went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. He patiently answered our questions, gave us great recommendations, and made sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. His level of professionalism and kindness truly elevated our experience and made us feel at home away from home.||In a busy destination like Queenstown, service makes all the difference—and thanks to Mr. Marwin, Pinewood Queenstown will definitely be our top choice when we return. Highly recommended!

The shared toilets and kitchen were located in same building as accommodations. Accommodations are separated into clusters and each I think has shared kitchen and showers. Laundry available but it’s a bit of a walk. Great location. Parking can be narrow. Overall great stay.

We stayed in Room U3 at Pinewood Queenstown and had a wonderful time. The room was cozy with its own attached toilet, which made our stay really comfortable. The communal kitchen was fantastic and very well equipped, and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. One of the highlights was the view from the kitchen balcony – looking out over the pine trees with the Remarkables snow-capped mountains in the background was simply breathtaking. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Very Disappointing and Uncomfortable Stay – Not What We Booked! We had a terrible experience during our stay. We booked 3 bedrooms for our family with 4 children through Booking.com, expecting private and comfortable accommodations. However, when we arrived, things were completely different. First, we were given only 2 bedrooms together, and the third bedroom was a shared room with 4 other boys—which is completely unacceptable for a family with young children. We were not comfortable at all, and we don’t understand how a paid booking for three private rooms ends up with us having to share one with strangers. Before arrival, we even called ahead and were told that all three rooms would share a bathroom, which we agreed to. But when we arrived, we found out that the rooms were split between different blocks, and we were sharing bathrooms with other families, not just within our own group. The bathrooms were also extremely dirty and smelly—very unhygienic and nothing like what was shown in the photos. The rooms themselves were also a huge letdown—nothing like the photos on Booking.com. They smelled bad, were poorly maintained, and overall made our family feel extremely uncomfortable. Our children couldn’t sleep, and neither could we. We feel cheated and disappointed, and this experience has ruined our trip. This is not what we paid for, and we expected better service and honesty in how the property was advertised.

Brilliant night's stay at Pinewood, they have great options ranging from shared rooms to two bedroom houses! Friendly staff, Marwin in particular gave us great advice on activities around the area.|Can highly recommend and will come back again next year! 😁

We just left with our family. We spent the most amazing days over there. Your beautiful receptionist Marie made us feel so welcome and made our stay super easy and lovely with her help. Just excellent hospitality all around!. We loved her, service was amazing! Sadly she wasn't there today to say goodbye. Can't wait to be back for more adventures!

I booked Pinewood motel in advance because I was traveling with kids and wanted a comfortable stay after an 8-hour drive from Chrischruch. The motel check-in time was 3:00 PM, but we reached around 7:00 PM and informed them in advance about the late arrival. To our surprise, the room was still not ready, and we had to wait another hour — extremely disappointing after a long drive, especially with tired kids who also missed their online class due to the delay. Also, I had booked a room with two separate beds for my two boys, but they gave us a room with just one queen bed for the kids. That was unacceptable, and at that point, our energy and mood for the holiday were completely ruined. We even considered switching hotels, but due to the peak season, there were no other bookings available nearby. Mammy not sure the name at the reception, who really tried her best to help us by arranging extra beds despite the poor situation. She deserves credit for her effort. Overall, the management needs to take accountability. They did not offer any compensation or refund for the delay or the inconvenience. Not the experience we expected after paying in advance — not recommended for families relying on proper arrangements.
