PinkCoco Uluwatu - Constant Surprises & for Cool Adults Only

Upon my arrival I was welcomed by a wonderful team, they were so kind and happy. I didn't realise what surprises there were when I booked, but I was pleasantly surprised by them. Each evening I would return to my room and a turn down service had been completed with little gifts waiting for me! Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant was so peaceful and the food was great. My penthouse room was so spacious, with gorgeous views and a comfortable bed. The location was also perfect. Thank you to every one looking after me, with a special mention to Benjamin. I felt like I was travelling with my bestie! Will definitely return.

We stayed at the pinkcoco for our honeymoon in the intimate space. It was AMAZING! The food was a huge plus, if you book directly with them you not only get a delicious breakfast but also free lunch or dinner. The menu has many choices. They clean the rooms 2x a day. Air conditioning is cold. Spa is amazing and affordable. The staff was so sweet and helpful. 10/10 can't wait to come back.

Many reviews have praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff — and I can confirm that’s 100% true. I was greeted by Ison (apologies if I got the name wrong) at check-in. He genuinely asked about my interests, whether it was my first visit, and even recommended that I check out the Sunday market. That simple gesture made me feel truly welcome. What touched me most was the next day when I mentioned I had an early morning flight and needed to leave by 5 a.m. The frontdesk staff not only arranged for my luggage to be collected early but also prepared a takeaway breakfast for me. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. The room was spacious and spotless, and the delightful daily surprises mentioned by other reviewers were the cherry on top. The pools — complete with floaties — were perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

This was so cute. |We stayed here as a group for a girls trip. |It was a friends birthday and they went above and beyond to make her feel special. |I have stayed in ‘fancier’ places but the service and free extras were the best I have ever had. The happy hour free ice cream and pizza were divine. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the nightly bed ‘turn down’ with a special treat was something we looked forward to every day. |Breakfast made to order was great. |Texting our drink orders from the pool was a fun novelty! |It was quiet and the rooms were all unique and quirky. |I would stay again!

Pros :|The staff were truly lovely and attentive, both at the hotel and restaurant, always taking care of us and helping even after we had checked out. The hotel itself has an original style, nice pools, and our room was very clean, with a comfy bed and a private balcony offering a sea view. It’s within walking distance of Padang Padang beach—a beautiful spot, though a bit crowded at times, with monkeys mostly near the temple on the way down. The location in western Bukit is also excellent if you want to explore several of the area’s stunning beaches, while managing not to be surrounded by construction sites like it seems to be the case too often in this part of Bali...|The restaurant, while not local in style, was a refreshing change: Italian-inspired dishes that were really well done, along with great cocktails. Breakfast was really tasty and more than enough, with the added bonus of being available until noon, which is perfect for jetlagged travelers like us.|Would definitely recommend !||Cons :|The shower design felt unnecessarily unconventional and a little messy, though not a major issue. While the room was very clean, we did notice a strange sand-like residue reappearing quickly on the balcony even after cleaning—possibly from insects, though we never found the source.

I am having an absolutely wonderful stay here at Pinkcoco. The staff has truly gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for, and I’m incredibly grateful for their attention to detail. The hotel itself is stunning, with such a vibrant and fun atmosphere, paired with warm and thoughtful hospitality.|A special shout-out to Ayuo for making such a warm and welcoming impression. He consistently checks in on me and ensures I have everything I need, which has made my stay even more enjoyable. The romantic ambiance created by the evening flames by the pool is simply magical.|I’d also like to thank Ardy from housekeeping, who kindly brought me cookies and a face mask in the evening. It’s the little touches that make all the difference.|And last but certainly not least, my dear Benjamin, you are truly a gem. It has been such a pleasure getting to know you. Your charm, warmth, and thoughtful interactions with the guests really make Pinkcoco stand out. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is absolutely friendly, the rooms are spacious and very clean and the location of the hotel is great. You can find many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The shower had warm water and the pool area looks also very nice. The breakfast was not very special but still good. I can definitely recommend staying here. We stayed for 4 nights.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect from the very beginning. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and simply amazing – always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Every day we were surprised with little treats and thoughtful gifts, which made us feel so cared for and appreciated.
