PinkCoco Uluwatu - Constant Surprises & for Cool Adults Only

We had such a fun and relaxing stay at PinkCoco. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind from start to finish. The hotel was spotless and beautifully looked after. We loved all the little surprises, handwritten notes, cookies, and snacks by the pool, they made the stay feel thoughtful and personal. The turndown service was excellent, laundry service was quick and easy, and there was a great selection of food and drinks available. Benjamin deserves a special mention, he was so entertaining, warm, and fun, and really added to the experience. The location is very central and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We’d absolutely stay again!

Hello,||I hope my review reaches the owner and the entire team of PinkCoco Hotel in good spirits.||I spent four nights in the Horizon Suite with Balcony and Pool View, and I can only say: thank you for everything. From the first minute to the last, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.||A special thanks goes out to Awu. She was incredibly supportive at all times and provided excellent management services whenever needed. She found solutions to all my questions, was always friendly, remembered my name, and welcomed me with a big smile every day. I am certain she is an outstanding asset to your team. I would highly recommend supporting Awu’s career — with her management abilities and language skills, she would excel even in an international environment.||My room was also very clean, and every night when I returned, a small sweet surprise was waiting for me. The entire pool area — including the pools and the outdoor shower — was always spotless as well. I always had fresh towels, and even when I struggled with Bali Belly, everyone was incredibly helpful.||Thank you so much, PinkCoco!|And once again: please keep Awu — she is doing a fantastic job and shows impressive skills in hotel management.

Many reviews have praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff — and I can confirm that’s 100% true. I was greeted by Ison (apologies if I got the name wrong) at check-in. He genuinely asked about my interests, whether it was my first visit, and even recommended that I check out the Sunday market. That simple gesture made me feel truly welcome. What touched me most was the next day when I mentioned I had an early morning flight and needed to leave by 5 a.m. The frontdesk staff not only arranged for my luggage to be collected early but also prepared a takeaway breakfast for me. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. The room was spacious and spotless, and the delightful daily surprises mentioned by other reviewers were the cherry on top. The pools — complete with floaties — were perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

This was such an incredible stay! The hotel is soo beautiful and unique. Gorgeous interiors and exteriors. The staff here are SO warm and friendly. Benny was a stand out for sure! :) I am a female travelling solo and the female concierge also treated me very well and took great care of me. Guests get free breakfast and they bring around little snacks and drink freebies throughout the day. If you book directly with the hotel website you get free food all day from the restaurant. We stayed at the pinkcoco for our honeymoon in the intimate space. It was AMAZING! The food was a huge plus, if you book directly with them you not only get a delicious breakfast but also free lunch or dinner. The menu has many choices. They clean the rooms 2x a day. Air conditioning is cold. Spa is amazing and affordable. The staff was so sweet and helpful. 10/10 can't wait to come back.

I had a wonderful time at Pink Coco in Uluwatu. The all-pink atmosphere is every girl’s dream, and it made my inner child incredibly happy. Everyone was so friendly, making me feel right at home from the delicious breakfast to the warm welcome on the first day. The complimentary poolside snacks and drinks were a delightful bonus. The reception staff was fantastic, and of course, I have to mention Benji, who is absolutely lovely and was incredibly helpful in guiding me whenever I had questions.

Pink coco Uluwatu was a fabulous place to stay. Pools were really nice and lots of places to relax. The little surprises were a lovely touch. We had one minor issue when we were there and when we told reception they rectified straight away. Location is also close to the beach and food in restaurant is tasty.

Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Villa is gorgeous and clean. Restaurant food (especially the pizza) is amazing! So many cute surprises throughout our stay! |Spa is also so nice! |Had such a relaxing stay here!
