Good craftsmanship, but the customer service isn’t great. My husband and I went in to make a suit for our wedding, and the first time we visited, the staff just stood there without greeting us. We had to approach someone ourselves and explain what we wanted. They also weren’t very accommodating or helpful when we asked for advice. If you just want a wide range of fabrics and decent workmanship, this place is fine. But personally, I’d rather pay more somewhere else for better service.

Outstanding tailor – highly recommended After trying several others, we finally found this fantastic tailor. The quality of the fabrics, the precision of the cutting, and the overall workmanship are excellent, and the service is equally impressive. Every finished product is neatly and professionally done. My husband first ordered a single shirt to try, and since then has had a tuxedo suit, several shirts, and an additional suit made. We were assisted by Khun Noom, who is professional, polite, and friendly. Each time, we ordered multiple shirts — often five at once — and the turnaround was incredibly fast, with prompt delivery to our place. We even continue to order from abroad, as they already have my husband’s measurements on file. A truly reliable and professional tailor. Highly recommended.

I went there to have my wedding suit tailor made at Pinky. They have a lot of materials, colors, different price ranges to select from. I ended up with 3 pieces suit in burgundy with matching vest and the bow tie plus 4 outfits for the groomsmen and the identical bow ties for them too. Mr.Nhoom is a very experienced tailor and did very good for all 5 of us (especially one with just measurement and one adjustment only) The price is on a higher side but the quality is top notch

Drop by at around 4pm and chose fabric for 5 shirts. First fitting was ready by noon the next day and after minor adjustments, all 5 shirts delivered to my hotel lobby by evening time. That's less than 2 days turnaround time. Very impressed and good quality workmanship too!

Great tailor and super fast, i bounght a suit (was not custom but they adjusted it) and 2 shirts (fully custom). The adjusted the suit and made the shirts ground up in just 1 day. I will return for sure!

First time buying a suit and I think they took advantage of the fact by not telling me the material of the fabric early on so I ended up buying a suit that was 50% polyester. Also the fitting process was disorganized. They never really fitted my pants and took a wild guess on what would fit which thankfully worked out. And because the process seemed disorganized and rushed, I never got to pick the color of my buttons.

In my late fifties, I finally discovered the best tailor in the heart of Bangkok. From the first visit, you can tell that this is a truly professional establishment in its own class. The charming owner Mr. Pinky personally presented countless choices of fabrics and prices, while sharing a few anecdotes of his life. He explained carefully why particular fabrics have high price tags and offered equally beautiful—less expensive—alternatives. I did not feel rushed to make a decision. Other skilled and charming young tailor, Mr. Ramin, took my measurements with an extreme care, triple-checking each length and asking me about preferred choice of collar, type of buttoning, style of folds and other small details that I never even think about when buying off-the-rack suits. First fitting was scheduled a week later. Even without jacket sleeves being attached to it — I knew that it would become my best suit ever. Five days later, the result was fantastic! Both the suit and two shirts felt as comfortable as the most casual wear. The quality and the feel of the fabric is unbelievably soft. The colours are just amazing. The cut style follows the curves of my body as if I was born in it. I cannot wait to start wearing it! Most importantly — the service has been exceptional throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!
