Pinnacle Holiday Lodge

The room was very spacious and had a great layout, featuring large, comfortable chairs. The room was large, clean, and cozy. Great spa. All the staff were wonderful and attentive. In the geard of Halls Gap - many of the bushwalks can be started from this motel. Cafes, restarant and parks for the kids around the corner.

Big room and good location. But reception is not open and no pool access during operating hours. It's only half filled and completed locked. Broken hairdryer and smelly towels.

Room was extremely spacious with lovely layout including large comfortable lounge chairs. Bed large, clean and comfortable. Plenty of very hot water. Spa a delight. Kitchen beautifully fitted out. Room service was exceptional with plenty of towels, dish washing liquid and tea bags provided. All staff lovely and caring. Thank you. 😃

Best part about this lodge is its location. Every thing is at doorstep. The staffs are friendly and supportive. Room was very clean and room size was decent. However, most of the amenities mentioned on the website don't work like pool was not heated due to electric/solar issue, the spa inside the room was out of order and the hair dryer was not working. You can park your car outside your room. You will see kangaroos in the morning and night time outside of your room in the garden area. Overall it was value for money. The checkin time is from 2pm but if the rooms are available you can ask them for early checkin too just like we did. However keep in mind you might not get early checkin before 11am due to cleaning etc. The lady at the reception was very friendly and supportive. There are one car spot in front of each room and 5-6 car park in front of the reception. Hot water is available in the washroom. The room also has extra blankets and pillows however one of the blanket was a little dirty but rest all were clean. Overall it's a nice place to stay.

We booked last minute and ended up with a fantastic room! We booked a deluxe spa room which had a great little gas fire and a working spa! Very rare to find working spas these days. The room had everything we needed and was walking distance to everything we wanted. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family

Perfectly located in the centre of Halls Gap, right behind the Stony Creek shops. No need to drive anywhere for food, coffee etc. The deluxe king spa room was the perfect base for a few days getaway, and was lovely to come back each night and wind down in the spa. The rates were really affordable as well (stayed off peak in August). Staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in/out as well. Highly recommend.

Keeping In mind this is a budget hotel the rooms are dated but clean so they were totally fine. Location was perfect with a 1 minute walk to the town centre. Lots of wild life around with beautiful views. Only complaints We booked this hotel as it’s the only One with a heated pool in winter, unfortunately upon arrival we discovered the pool was closed for maintenance, would have been nice to of been advised of this when booking. Beds were rock hard, I woke with a sore back. We had booked a family room and one of our children’s beds did not have an electric blanket, definitely needed in winter even with the extra blanket he was still cold. Overall for the price the hotel is good.

To many signs stuck around the room felt like we were staying with an old grandmother. Bedding was dated.. EVERYTHING was dated!! Expensive for what you get. Many other better options
