I'm 67 yo and skiied on/off since 6 yo. I have my own idiosyncratic needs with skiing and I'm lucky I'm still out there. I went to Pinnacle because of a good experience in the past w Benny. This time Nick was my boot fitter. A young man w a good background and confident in his knowledge. He was so patient. I quickly focused upon what I thought would be best. Nick validated this but still wanted me to try other option. No rush and wanted me to make the right decision. Ultimately I ended up w a great fit and good orthotics. I'll go back this winter for Zipp Fit liners!

Great one on one service. The attendants on the floor were able to help get sizes for clothing and gave information on all the brands and products. While renting equipment it was very easy to speak with someone and they provided everything I needed. If you stay at a hotel in the area be sure to inquire about a 20percent discount.

Fun place to rent good quality bikes for a spin around Stowe...all the way up to Trapp Family Lodge. Staff is friendly, prices are good, location is right accross main bike path. Lots of sports (ski and bike) articles sold there, with high quality brands !

Great high quality alpine gear and connects to bike shop . Super friendly staff, very easy rental process and looking for other ways of adding value like helmet exchanges. Double thumbs up on staff, vibe and cleanliness unlike many rental places.

We got unexpectedly rained out on our Sunday morning MTB rentals and without asking they offered to push back our time slot a bit so we could avoid a good bit of the rain. Helpful and answered all of our questions.

Had a fantastic experience at Pinnacle. Allison Kozar helped my friend get fitted for ski boots. She was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Gave us boot recommendations and sizing, including several boots that were no longer in stock. Clearly cared more about finding my friend the right gear vs. getting the sale. 10/10 would recommend pinnacle to people visiting Stowe.

I went in to get my skis tuned and was told that they don't tune skis until October. What kind of a ski shop won't run their tuning machine at least periodically over the summer? Staff was extremely rude and had an attitude when I asked.

While Pinnacle offers the largest demo supply in the State of Vermont, the Shop’s welcoming and knowledgeable staff truly set them apart from any other business. Special thanks to Mike @ Pinnacle, who’s subject mater expertise, patience, and friendly personality, made the visit (including the 30 min detour) all the worth the while. After discussing four different ski options with Mike, and two days of demos, I opted to purchase a pair and could not be more thrilled.
