Pinnacle Wagyu Deli

Loved the food here, the Philly cheesesteak and the On the Road steak frites were amazing! I also really liked the beef Braise the roof burger. For a wagyu spot, it's also very affordable. Will definitely be back to try more things.

I'll start off by saying damn that steak was delicious much better then the steak I had at a neighboring steakhouse which was over twice the price. The reason I did not give 5 starts is because the burger was honestly really bad. I got a single patty burger because based on the picture the patty was a bit chunky and 1 seemed like enough. However, it was very thin but the meat itself tasted very good. The reason the burger was bad is because the bun was so big that I couldn't taste the meat. I ended up removing the patty to eat it on its own. The other toppings weren't anything special also. I give the burger 2/5. I'll try the cheesesteak next time. Please change the picture of the burger to reflect the actual product, change the bun so it doesn't mask the amazing taste of the meat. The meat is really good you should let it shine.

A must-visit for anyone who loves a gourmet sandwich done right at very affordable prices. Retro-vibe decor and friendly staff make you feel welcome. Their Wagyu steaks are seriously high quality, juicy, flavourful, and cooked just right (that char is perfection!). I had the Pinnacle Cheesesteak, the Wagyu on the Road with truffle/parmesan fries, and both were outstanding. MUST is the Animal-Style poutine, it's extremely addictive or as the hubby call it (it's crack 😂) The lemonades were super refreshing, exactly what you need after a hearty sandwich. The service is spot on, attentive, kind, and fast! Portion sizes are generous and every bite felt worth it. Overall, this place delivers: flavour, quality, and atmosphere all in one. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m craving a really good sandwich in Vieux-Montréal.

The fresh lettuce and tomatoes added the perfect crisp balance, and the bun was soft yet sturdy enough to absorb all the delicious juices from the patty without falling apart. Every bite was a perfect combination of flavor and texture. The fries were equally impressive—crispy, golden, and served in a generous portion easily enough for two people to share. From presentation to taste, everything felt thoughtfully crafted. Pinnacle Wagyu Deli clearly takes pride in quality ingredients and top-tier preparation. If you’re craving a gourmet burger experience that leaves you satisfied and impressed, this place absolutely hits the mark. Highly recommended for any burger lover.

What amazing food and service. The meat was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The truffle fries were some of the best. Crispy and so flavorful.

We ordered the Waygu fries and the pinnacle cheesesteak sandwich. Both were excellent and the truffle fries with Waygu were great! Note: The passion fruit lemonade is also very good. It’s a nice touch.

Cool vibe, good food, open late. Try their staple - chess steak sandwich made with wagyu meat. Is it a bit of a gimmick? Maybe, but the reality is most cheesesteaks are made with ribeye meat that is mostly void of fat, making the cheese stand out rather than the meat. The opposite is true here. You will see and taste large chunks of beef in your sandwich. An interesting take on cheesesteaks for sure. Try the truffle fries as well. A little pricey, but hey it’s wagyu, and it’s old Montreal. 🤷‍♂️ 8.5/10

The food was amazing, barely had to wait! The prices a just a little bit high but that’s normal cuz it’s a deli in old port so you have to be understanding. Only reason I’m giving a 4/5 on atmosphere is because the playlist is a little funny like it doesn’t match the aesthetic of the place, made me giggle but besides that I really recommend it !
