My wife & I stayed at the Pinnacles Edge Resort, Cervantes for 2 nights. This was our first stop from Perth on our WA road trip. ||The motel on first impressions is it is well kept. |We were allocated a ground floor basic room, this room was very basic, not particularly clean & smelled very musty. We requested a different room & decided to pay to upgrade to a first floor apartment which cost us $122 au. ||The apartment was far better than the basic room we were originally given. There was a gas hob, fridge, microwave in the kitchen area. There was also a dining table. The lounge area had a sofa & a TV. Off the lounge there was a large balcony with a bbq. ||The bedroom had a double bed which was comfortable enough. There was a wardrobe for hanging clothing. Off the bedroom was a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, a vanity sink & a separate shower unit. There was also a washing machine/drier in there as well as an iron & ironing board.

Had a 2 night stay booked here in a 1 bedroom apartment which was large, clean but basic. The free Wifi worked in our apartment well. The decor needs an update as does the kitchen area & bathroom. Very old fashioned faucets & shower etc. However there was a dishwasher (not used) & washing machine which we did use. This was OK and took 1 hour 15 mins for a 40° wash & spin. Bed was large & comfortable. Towels OK but a bit small & thin. Lovely outside terrace with huge BBQ which we didn't use. The information book in the room was well out of date.

We booked a two bedroom apartment for two nights. The room was clean but carpets were worn and filthy, the rug in the living area was disgusting, the decor needs an update, the kettle was rusty inside, could do with newer towels and bedding, expect it to be a bit better for the price we paid. Staff were nice.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit. You have all the amenities you will need if travelling, kitchen, BBQ, and a washing machine. The room was dated and in need of a spruce up, but was clean. We had a very large covered balcony with a table for 4 that was nice.

Unlike the motel units, the apatments are owned by individual owners. In my opinion there does not appear to be a contract in place to keep furnishing standards up to an acceptable level. Avoid apartment 101 if you can when booking. The couch was filthy, old and so uncomfortable. The rug was heavily stained. To sit on the couch I had to cover it with the spare blanket. Water damage in apartment. Overall a lack of care. Owners wanting to spend as little as they can. Pinnacle Edge Resort Management should have processes in place to keep all apartments furnished to an acceptable standard. It gives management a bad name.

Hi all we stayed here over the weekend of Friday 21st Saturday 22nd and Sunday the 23rd of February while the room was neat and tidy it was a little dated and compared to other accommodation I thought it was a little expensive, also the shower heads only have about 4 jets working so you have to run around to get wet so be sure to ask for a shower that works…. This allegedly accessible room wasn't. The ramp into the entry door was so steep I needed assistance as as my chair was tilting backwards. The addition of a single bed ensured movement inside was difficult. No crockery or cutlery matched, and almost all was out of reach of this chair user. The double bed was so low I spent the latter part in of the night in my chair. Unfortunately we were booked here for two nights on our WA northern coast road holiday. I was truly glad to check out and regain my independence and integrity. How the Edge Group lists this as a four star resort, I fail to understand - I would have difficulty awarding it even one star. Your question below regarding the hotel does not allow my response: How would I describe it... Somewhere to be avoided at all costs!

We stayed here specifically to visit The Pinnicles, as it about 20 mins away.|The room was not bad, the towels and bedding clean and the bed comfortable. |The room was tired. It is in need of refurbishment asap.|The carpet was stained, the shower slow with little pressure, the curtains musty and the walls are very thin.|It could be very comfortable if money was spent on it.|The washer dryer was a demon, very long to wash and dry.|

Clean accommodation. Friendly staff. Wood fire pizzas are terrific on Sunday evenings.
