It looks like a 5 star hotel but only on picture …. At the room no way ti open window so you can’t even breathe … also id you stay more then one day be prepared to leave all your clothes on the ground since the closet is so small so you cant even hang a coat… Wellness is really basic and doesn’t suits the 4 hotel standards…. Everything is overpriced

The hotel and location are great, service very individual since there are only cca 20 rooms. But the wellness facilities are under expectation, the pool is cold, temperature in the relaxing zone minimum, fitness room without heating and finaly both sauna were out of order most of the day.

This hotel is located up in a beautiful green area, full of tall trees and nature and wildlife, though we did not see any horses in our time as many appear to be found in the west region unless the wild horses decide to spontaneously roam here. The receptionists welcomed us with peace and the staff were honest, smiley and genuine. The only downside is the waiter Marko was asking for tips quite a few times which makes it awkward when there is such high expectations but he was an exception and all the other staff did not do so and acted professionally. The tip demand from him didn’t really match the rest of the chilled vibe. If you want to order you might have to ask the waiters sometimes, just maybe appreciate customer service etiquettes are different everywhere. The receptionists were helpful with our requests and gave good advice about the country, acting in our interests as a tourist. Quite a rare honesty you feel these days from some businesses! I couldn’t really fault the food as it had a variety of Bosnian food as well as International cuisine. Only the fries were a bit like frozen chips found in basic supermarkets but it wasn’t bad, we just expected more. I really enjoyed the chicken steak with grilled potatoes and vegetables and mushroom sauce as well as the authentic wood oven pizza. Their sausages were nice as well though filling for sure due to their size! Their cheese pastries for breakfast were tasty too and overall the buffet breakfast did the job and was good enough as it contained most of the standards you expect. The Baklava dessert was really nice and had a nice moisture to it. As it was a last minute holiday which was booked around a couple weeks in advance we got a standard room but on request the floor was given all to ourselves and we had a peaceful view of the forest with plenty of big windows which a lot of hotels fail to provide. It definitely felt bigger than average standard rooms we’ve seen with plenty of storage space and room to move around, with thought given to the interior. The normal rooms didn’t have tea or coffee, only water so you have to buy it at the restaurant . The restaurant is embedded in the hotel so it is easy to sit down and order until late, You can request hot water at the restaurant however. The cleaning team might need reminders to clean the room but they generally do it. The hotel really lives up to its name and has wood literally everywhere from the rooms to the lobby to the fireplace to the ceilings! They did a nice job in matching the architecture with the nature surroundings, including the interesting design of the building. The swimming pool was 25m long and wasn’t super hot but they turned it on when asked and it was around 29 degrees which was fine once inside! They had two sauna’s too, one was a Bio sauna and a normal one. The gym is a small one but nice they have it there and it is enough to stay fit for a while with cardio and a few strength machines. Maybe a water tank would be good to have there. It is set in a quiet, calming location with hiking and walking routes to the cable car and mountains and yet still felt safe but don’t expect to find restaurants within walking distance or shops. We did some walking and routes had paths laid out with nice views at the top. The hotel has its own restaurant with its own menu. The private car ride to the airport is around 20 minutes or less and even shorter to the old city in Sarajevo. Overall we were happy with the hotel and what it offered, especially when you want a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful setting in the mountains. Close to sunny land, cable car, bobsleigh track and the centre of sarajevo. Unfortunately, we had multiple occasions where the staff especially the male waiters were rude to us and other customers. This gave us a negative experience

We booked for 3 days. The receptionist with the very red hair was extremely kind and helpful. I would like to sincerely thank her for her professional work. However, the employee who wears glasses and has short black hair was very rude. I hope she gets a course in customer service. Both she and the tall man refused to come and set up the bed for us, even though we had paid for it. Also, they don’t have a scale available. The cleanliness was not up to good standards. On the other hand, the food at the restaurant and café was absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed it. Thank you.

The waiter assigned to our table was rude and inattentive. After waiting for 15 minutes without being attended to, I went to politely ask if he could come to our table. His response was disrespectful, which left me feeling uncomfortable. As a result, I decided to leave the restaurant. i am really angry and I will tell my friends in my country about you👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

It is between 30 and 40 °C outside, there is no air conditioning in the restaurant, there is only one fan that is outside. The order came in 25 minutes (one pizza) and the restaurant is half empty. We were with two babies. As I can see, even the waiters were not comfortable working in such conditions. The owner was not in the mood to receive criticism verbally on the spot (you can see him at the end of the video in green t-shirt), so I'm writing here.

Only popped in for food and drinks, overall amazing venue, great food, good drinks, service was very very slow, could have been their lunch break as there wasn't a huge amount of staff there, then all of a sudden there were loads! Eventually got up to order. Aside from that it was great!
