We stayed for one week and could not have been happier with our choice. The location is perfect for walking to multiple different city sites. The room size was good and daily cleaning excellent. The staff at breakfast were so friendly! Overall a great value for the price.

For us, this was a fun “staycation” but we would highly recommend for out of towners. ||The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed; some have kiva fireplaces. We recommend requesting a room in back due to a little traffic noise that diminished late and started early. ||The bathroom was outfitted with a large walk-in shower and had good water pressure. Stepping out onto a heated floor with a plush robe available was a nice luxury. ||The staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, freshly prepared scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and everything needed to make a breakfast burrito. There was also an option to make your own waffle, plus cereal and yogurt. ||If you want to pamper yourself, book a massage at LaFonda and you get a 10% discount if you mention you are a guest at Piñon Court. You will also then have access to pool and hot tub for the day. ||We highly recommend this property.

The Pinon Court has nice accommodations, is quiet, and under a 10 minute walk to the square. I’ve been staying here for the past 5 years when I’m in town. Their rooms are comfortable, quiet, and they have on site parking. Their complimentary breakfast is a great start to your day. The front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping staff have all been pleasant and available to assist you as needed. ||I booked my most recent reservation in August of 2024 for arrival in August 2025. I called 3 weeks prior to my arrival to confirm my reservation, Kristin, Front Desk Manager, cold not find my reservation. She explained that the Pinon Court had implemented a new reservation system. Apparently my reservation was not migrated into their new system. She found the email they sent me with a confirmation number from August 2024. Kristen informed me the hotel was full, but to give her a few days so she could follow up with her general manager. Within 90 minutes, I received a call back from Kristen, along with an email confirming a new reservation number. My stay this past weekend was wonderful and I will be back at the Pinon Court next year. Kristin, thank you for quickly resolving this situation for me.

Another wonderful stay at former Old Santa Fe Inn, now Pinion. Excellent location, parking. Clean rooms. Good value for Santa Fe. The staff before La Fonda were more helpful and outgoing than the current front office Staff. The breakfasts are still good, but I miss the morning breads from one of the city's best bakeries. Need grab bars in the showers and a central ice machine instead of going to front office. Will definitely stay here again. I would rate it 4 stars now but I feel like with a few improvements and changes it can become 5 star again.

Highly recommend this location. Has all the cultural history and amenities of central La Fonda at a reasonable cost. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is great, location is excellent. We could park and not use our car for 3 days. Rooms are very well appointed and clean.

Fabulous place to stay with a great location - 5 minute walk into the center of Santa Fe without it being in the actual busy parts. We walked nearly everywhere from here, and appreciated how easy it was to come and go with the car when needed. Our room was on the first floor, so there was nobody above us and it was very quiet and comfortable. Excellent shower, cozy bed, and although the room wasn’t huge, it was perfect for a few days. Loved the tea/coffee/cookies at reception in the afternoon (and tea/coffee in the evening). Breakfast was decent - eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, breakfast sausages (meat only, not veggie), and I’m sure there’s more I’m forgetting. Staff were all very friendly. Only negatives were the fact that there wasn’t a non-dairy milk option, which was fairly surprising and an easy addition for the many people who don’t drink milk. Breakfast was a self-serve buffet, but there was still a tip jar on the counter. I get that tipping is prolific in the States, but it felt a bit tacky to have a jar there in an otherwise nice establishment. Regardless, we would for sure stay here again if ever in Santa Fe, and would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Great location! Easy 2 minute walk to Santa Fe Plaza. The room was wonderful with a small patio. Hotel is very dog accommodating. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pinon Court is now the only place I’ll stay in Santa Fe

This hotel is very nice and beautiful, the interior style is very Santa Fe. The rooms are a bit smaller than the standard rooms at a newer hotel, but I think it's because this was a historical Inn and not Hotel, which is totally fine since we are there to sleep and rest. Very clean, the showers are nice, and the bed is comfortable. I would say, they may need to replace their pillows more often, ours were a bit flat / overused. Great free breakfast in the morning! We didn't have any issues w/ service.

Yelp
Comfortable room at a reasonable price. The mattress was old and not as nice as I would have hoped for. Excellent shower. Buffet breakfast was exceptional. Lots of fresh fruit, tortillas, sausage and bacon, scrambled eggs with toppings, breakfast potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, good coffee.

Yelp
Really nice place just off the square, clean, comfortable and nice staff I'd stay here again. Such a great little town

Yelp
This is still a nice place; pet friendly; and convenient to the plaza. We have come every year for many years. This year, the name changed and the service did too. 1. We arrived about 2:30 and our room was not ready. (I find it odd that check in time is 4:00, when check out is at 11:00. ) We were told we would be called or texted when the room was ready. At 4:00 we were out but still no one had called. Since we had early dinner reservations we came back and, surprise, our room was, in fact, ready. Don't say you will call if you are not going to. 2. Our TV did not work. We were told we would get a credit on our bill but when we checked out, the desk clerk said a manager would contact us about the credit. No one ever did. But when we gave a negative review on Tripadvisor, the general manager responded and said we did not report any maintenance issues while "in house". This is a complete misrepresentation as we had called from the room and told whoever answered that our TV would not connect to the cable and read the error on the screen. They said they could not send someone and since we were leaving the next day we would get a credit on our balance at checkout. Excuses are one thing; lying about it is something else. 3. Amenities: Can they find any smaller soap "bars"? I hate waste but seriously? You know the little Hershey chocolate bites? They must use the same mold. And the shower soap pumps did not work well or were almost empty; I couldn't tell. 4. The hidden cost called the "$25 dollar nightly hotel fee" for parking (that used to be free), "gourmet breakfast", in-room coffee, and bottle water. Lastly, it's not a big deal but another example is the fact that coffee is now served from paper cups instead of mugs. (The manager also said coffee mugs are "readily available" at breakfast. Just not the two days I was there, apparently.) It seems like the "change" from The Old Santa Fe Inn has resulted in cost cutting and excuses rather than any improved quality of stay.
